For those who are asked to provide US PCC (FBI Clearance), please refer to the FBI website for an up to date process.

Below, however, is the actual process we have done for my partner's US PCC. I am based in Manila. Fingerprinting varies per country.
Complete the Applicant Information Form (Please download it from FBI website above).
Obtain a set of your fingerprints.
You have the option to use the form in the FBI Website and print it in a standard white paper stock. <-- This is what we did. I printed it in a white paper stock, yung mejo hard compare sa bond paper. We prepared 4 copies in case magkaproblem. 🙂
Or according to some forums, you may use the standard form used by authorized agency you are going to have your fingerprints taken.
Have your fingerprints taken at PNP Camp Crame Crime Lab Division. Bring along with you the standard fingerprint form you downloaded and printed. The "fingerprint technician" at PNP Crime Lab is very good and accommodated. Fee is Php 200 at that time (regardless how many copies you intend). Mabait lang din siguro talaga si ate technician 🙂
Submit payment.
Option 1: Via the Credit Card Form <-- This is what we did, easier.
Download and print the Credit Card Form in the FBI website. Fill up required details, make sure it is correct to avoid delays or payment processing. Inform also your CC Bank about this international transaction earlier to avoid rejection that may result to delays as well.
Option 2: Obtain a Money Order (You may read on the site for the exact process)
Mail the requirements above to FBI, see summary below:

Fingerprints specimen (in our case, we included 3 copies para sure lang na in case may isang specimen na rejected. Then I reserved 1 copy, para may reference lang na maipakita kay CO in case sobrang tumagal yung pagdating ng PCC)

Our timeline:
July 18, 2014 - Fingerprint specimen completed
July 18, 2014 - Sent all required documents to FBI via DHL (Php 1,434, standard)
July 23, 2014 - Delivered to FBI
Aug 22, 2014 - FBI fee charged to my CC. 🙂 Exactly 30 calendar days of processing according to FBI website. At this stage it means, fingerprint specimen is ok.
Aug 25, 2014 - US PCC or FBI Summary Report reached the US address we put in our Application Form. You can put your actual address of residence or if you have relatives/friends in the US, delivery will be faster.
