I also got that same status before. I emailed Bupa and here is their response:
"Thank you for your email.
This is a standard automated response when results are sent from the panel clinic to the department (that they will be processed or referred for further assessment as necessary).
There has been an outcome reached for your health case and nothing further is required from you.
If you would like, I can check on your families’ health cases also? Just let me know their HAP Ids."
Nothing to worry about that status. It's their standard procedure. It is Bupa who will decide whether you still need further tests or not and not your local panel.
Mine changed after 1-2 days.
<blockquote rel="lisa">Batchmates ano po kaya ibig sabihin nito, sabay sabay kami ni husband at anak na nagpamedical last friday. un samin 2 ng anak ko health clearance provided ang status, pero kay hubby eto ang nakalagay.
<i>"The required health examinations have been completed and submitted by the panel clinic to the department. This person's case will be processed or referred to the department's migration medical services provider, Bupa Medical Visa Services, for further assessment."</i>
