magkaiba tayo ng nominated skill pero eto yung general na naalala ko noong naglodge ako recently.
Evidence of age-birth certificate
Travel document-passport namin pareho ni hubby
Marriage certificate-if married at included si spouse sa application. Also I submitted this as evidence of change in last name.
Photograph- 45mmx35mm, white background, kita head and neck and labelled with name
Letter of employment- from my boss and HR (either way pwede as long as satisfied yung requirements. Please check DIBP site for the info that should be declared there-duration of employment, designation, duties and responsibilities, salary etc
Proof that job was paid- tax return or bank statements na may word na galing sa company ang salary or payslips
Qualifications- degree certificate, Transcript ot records
IELTS exam- yung akin at kay hubby
Letter of skills assessment
NBI clearance- yung akin saka kay hubby (anyone >16 years old na included sa application. di ko na maalala kung >16 or >18 years old)
Merong recommended documents doon. Tapos malilist sa table kung documents received na. Please Be careful sa pagupload kasi di na pwede idelete ang document pag nagkamali. Up to 60 documemts ang pwedeng iaattach per applicant. Lahat ng inattach ko ay scanned certified true copy.
saka iwasan din ang errors sa paglodge ng info sa visa. Nagkamali ako sa "countries lived aside from usual country of residence" so nag upload pa ako ng Form 1023 para inotify sila na may incorrect info ako....Good luck!
