Partner visa (subclasses 820 and 801) through Respall Migration AUS

My boyfriend was browsing through some testimonials and videos in youtube about "Partner visa (subclasses 820 and 801) through Respall Migration AUS".

Respall said he can get your partner to Australia in 60 days while waiting for Visa result etc.

Anyone in the forum had an experience applying for Partner visa (subclasses 820 and 801) through Respall Migration AUS?

There is a charge for consultation I think, that's why I wanted to seek help from the forum about how the agency process the application and if it is legit and true that he can get the applicant to Australia in 60 days from lodging.

Anyone here has an idea about their current professional fees?

To good to be true. 12-15 mos ang time line ng 820 (onshore partner visa).

Yeah you're right.

On his video, he said that the partner can stay in Australia while the application is ongoing.

I am just wondering what kind of visa will the RMA provide for my partner's entry to Australia.

You could get a tourist visa for her while waiting for partner visa grant. That is valid for 3 months And if her visa has no further stay condition, you can apply an extension.. So she could stay longer in oz.

I mean sis, kung magaapply ka ng partner visa,pwede ka din magaapply ng tourist visa afte .usually 1 month ang process ng TV, valid yan for 3 months. Pero pwede ka din magaaply ng extension kung walang no further stay condition ang TV mo, or pwede naman , mag tourist visa ka muna, then pwede kayo magpakasal dun,then saka ka magapply ng partner visa. Hi @grae ito plano ko pagdating ng GF ko dito sa OZ this May 2017. Ganto rin ba ginawa mong path?

Regarding sa NOIM, sabi nila it would take you 1 month of waiting after you submitted a NOIM before the couple can get married here in Melbourne. Should I submit a NOIm kahit na nasa pinas pa si GF?

Regarding sa celebrant para sa wedding, ano ba magandang celebrant na affordable?

Ang alam ko pag onshore ang track, pwede magapply ng TV kasal man o hindi. Tapos pag andun na sa AU si partner, pwede maglodge ng partner visa while andun pa. Ang sabi, automatically converted daw ang TV sa BVA na magaallow kay partner na magstay sa AU while waiting for the result ng application.

Ang gagawin namin ni partner is pakasal muna sa SG tapos gagamitin namin ang TV nya para makaenter sya ng AU. Tas doon kami magstart maglodge. Makakawork din sya kahit BVA palang hawak nya.

Nope.. Automatic n mbbgyan k ng bva after mo mgsubmit nn application online..
