@amerasian08 Kung may scars talaga, then no choice but declare and show evidence that you have undergone treatment.
Since most TB tests, TST, PDD, Mantoux even IGRA cannot distinguish between active tuberculosis disease and latent tuberculosis infection, the next scenarion would be is that you will be asked to have another round of treatment.
I see. Sige po declare ko na lang on my test sa st lukes. Di naman po ba sya magiging grounds para madeny ako of the visa kasi nag lie ako nung initial test?
Yes, as long as ma prove mo na cleared kana and na-complete mo yung medication mo, I dont see why they will deny your visa application.
I would suggest na i-declare mo since nag medication ka naman talaga.
BTW: I got scar as well and took 6 months medication, I got my visa approved. cheers! =)

Share kok lang po ang experience ko. Nag back read kasi akl and nakita ko na before SG doesn't require you to do sputum test. But in my case, ni require agad ng bupa ang test 603. Sputum for 3 days and xray. Unlike sa 🇵🇭 na hinihintay pa ung sputum bago mag decide kung mag memedication kana... Dito sg, right away may medication nako. Even wala pang results ang sputum ko. Next next week pa ang 8th weeks. Ang tanung ko lang, since nagmemedication ako... Panu kung magkaroon ng slight difference sa xray ko, need ulit mag hintay ng 3months for x-ray? If assuming negative ako sa sputum. Pag positive anung mangyayari?
from my experience, SG will only ask you to do medication if may ground sila na affected ka ng TB, If clear naman yung Xray mo & sputum test, they will not require you to undergo medication.
If mag positive yung sputum mo, they will ask you to complete the 6months medication.
