Congrats @kimferreras! Sana kami naman soon. Di kami nakapag antay, for peace of mind pinuntahan ni hubby sa SLEC results niya, negative naman lahat ng smear, wala din TB bacteria. So hopefully, kahit na may infiltrates pa din cxr nya e i-clear na ni bupa. 482 din kamiiii, although approved na yung sakin, sila kasi subsequent entrant so sana makuha na din namin visa nila.

Ayon so finally cleared na din si hubby sa medicals 😭😭😭 Sharing his health case details and timeline:

May 15: Medicals at SLEC

May 30: Email from BuPA requesting for sputum smear and culture tests and a repeat cxr after 3mos because of infiltrates in his lungs (right lower zone).

July 18,19 and 20: Scheduled sputum collection

July 28: Negative results for sputum smear

Aug 17: Repeat cxr - doctor said di pa cleared ang lungs nya, meron pa din infiltrates although mas onti na that the initial cxr so medyo kinabahan kami.

Sept 15: He went to SLEC to obtain his results for peace of mind. All his 3 samples were negative for TB bacteria, although yung 2nd sample nya may non-TB bacteria.

Sept 19: Results submitted by SLEC as indicated sa emedical info sheet nya

Sept 22: Our immig agent informed us na his emedical showed health clearance provided - no actions required na 😭😭😭😭

Hopefully we hear from immig re visa outcome soon! My hubby and our daughter applied for 482 subsequent entrant, and i’m already onshore ❤️

Mag update na lang po sya sa IMMI account. Check na lang po, clear na po sya pag Health Clearance Provided - No action required.

Most likely Bupa will email if further info or test are needed.

hello, kami, pero ang ginawa namin, frinontload namin yung 815. So as we were clearing yung issue sa medical, nagsubmit na kami ng 815 regardless. As soon as naclear yung medical namin, sat ata sya naclear, monday e may grant na kami.

Hello, yung spouse ko kasi may lungs scar din sya before, pero hindi na nakikita ng 13yrs nya sa pagwowork, every annual medical nila, pero nung 1st to 3yrs after nya magka sakit, nakikita pa yung scar at laging may pulmo clearance na hinihingi. Ask ko lang kung makikita pa ba yun sa medical ng visa application? at pwde bang magpaconsult at magpatest na kami agad ahead of visa application? Thank you

We'll never know if makikita pa, pero assume the worst na lang kasi there are cases here sa thread na working overseas where strict din sa TB and wala naman nakitaan previous years sa annual checks tas all of a sudden meron nakita. I guess safe to say very high res yung equipment nila? I suggest you include everything sa history and bring all the clearances you mentioned and past xrays as well. Medyo wala din naman bearing kung ahead of visa application magpacheck ka, kasi once may nakita si clinic, diretso na other tests yon that can take awhile.

It is not always about kung may makikita pa na scar or anything unusual sa xray. Minsan kasi yung mga scar na yan hindi na nawawala so the next thing they will check if that scar or mark has progressed. So the best thing to do is provide all previous xray records (if possible) para makita nila history.
