Hi I need an advice, My cousin's husband issued an affidavit of support for my Student Visa Application. He included his ITR, ANZ Home Loan Bank Statements with Redraw policy, passport with this affidavit. When I submitted these to the agency, they did not accept the Bank statement and they required a Bank Certificate with outstanding balance and 3 mos transactions. Okay, "my cousin in law the" then send a their joint bank account, but the wife(my first cousin) is not included in the affidavit, only the husband. Is this acceptable? I read somewhere and that a home loan with redraw policy is accepted. HELP 🙂

@annalissajoan just to be sure, make your cousin sign the affidavit too. 'coz both of them decides on what to do with the money since joint account nga. and if you don't know this yet, the minimum amount reflected in the transactions within the three-month period should not be below your required fund. kasi hindi yung ending balance ang pinagbabasehan nila kundi yung pinakamaliit na balanse na nakareflect sa statements. the fund should not be less than what is required of you to show in any occasion within the period.

@annalissajoan in my opinion, magkakaroon ng doubt as to how you could access their fund kung iisa lang pipirma because your cousin can anytime hold it since di naman sya pumirma sa affidavit. ibig sabihin, wala syang binigay na consent. better be on the safe side. kumpletuhin mo na lang.

Matagal ba angrereply ang IDP? Nakapag email na kasi ako sa kanila twice but until now, I still have no news about my request. Please advise. Thanks

Mahirap makuha yang figures na tinatanong mo at inde ka makakakuha ng tamang sagot .. it will always depend how much your sponsor can afford ... rule of the thumb basta merong pera yung sponsor normally mag seset ng amount yung immigration papasa at papasa ... I am guessing kasi nakwento sa akin ng isang ka-forum na she produced ( bank loan 35k$ ) as a show money nung nakapasa binalik din sa bank .. in short na satisfy lang yung fund requirement then ok na

@JCsantos Thanks! Also, is it okay if one of my sponsors doesnt have ITR or business permit? I mean proof of source of income? BUt the other 2 have complete requirements naman. Worry ko baka yun ang maging dahilan ng denial.

You have 3 sponsors ... dont worrry too much ... mas marami kang source of income mas malaki ang chances mo 🙂 ... one thing na alam ko e madali i satisfy ang requirement dito sa au ....basta makita lang nila na capable yung 2 i didisregard na nila yung isa ...

One of my sponsors is an australian he presented, sole affidavit of support, joint affidavit of support ( with his wife), ITR, Joint account, 3 mos transactions, ANZ home loan with " redraw policy", and their passports, but he did not send me any proof of income(payslip or COE). The other one is my cousin, with joint affidavit din, valid ID's, bank statement, bank certi with transactions but not proof of income din ( no business kami and neither employed both ang mag asawa). My 3rd sponsor is my sister, complete, passports, joint affidavit, bank certi with 3 mos transaction, business permit, itr, DTI.. bale dalawa na yung incomplete requirements, my cousin in australia and his husband is capable, i will stay with them but the husband cannot provide for the CEO or payslip na he is working overseas already at this time. I'm stressed! Help!

@ozdream Hello po i need help! I saw po sa post m asking if pwede n non relative ang sponsor? Anu po pinakita m n proof of funds? Sbi kc ng agent ko ndi daw pwede n hnd relative/family. Pero may nbasa nman ako dto n pwede naman... Thanks 😃

Hi ask ko lang pano kung ang source of income ng mag sponsor e farm?wala kasi yang itr business permit.. Meron lang sila ung tax na binabayaran sa lupa.. Ano pwdng ipakita na source of income pag alang itr oh busnes permit pero my pera sa bank.. Thank you

hello po ok lng po bng 1M ang pera sa acct. plus may sponsor p kming relatives n almost 2.5M each?kc na refuse kmi kc nka tome deposit ang pera ng una nming sponsor.pag nagreapply kya kmi maaprove n ?kc nag lgay n kmi ng pera sa acct nmin.ksama ko hubby ko.
