Don't worry, aabot ka, matagal pa Feb. Pinaka matagal mo hintay siguro conservative na November or December @60 points kaya chillax ka lang.

ask ko na din kung paano nagkakaroon ng state nomination?

Hehehe, sana nga hindi matagalan kasi worry ko na ang age ko. si hubby kasi 35 na kaya ako na ang naging main applicant.

@andylhen I see. visa 190 kmi kaya may state nomination. Go nyo na 189 kc mas wider choices nyo kung san kau pupunta.hehe. kmi nga dn eh turning 33 na dn c hubby Feb next year.hehe

question guys, whats the difference ba ng may nomination sa wala? much better ba pag walang nomination? ano ang mas madali to migrate?

@fleurdeliz for me may risk pareho ang visa 189 (not nominated by a state) and visa 190 (state nominated).

may mga nagragrant na dito na mabilis sa visa 190. although there is a risk na pwede ka din hindi manominate ng state kung wala yung needed skill mo sa state nila. may additional step kasi siya saka additional bayad kung papanominate sa state. saka may right timing dapat. for example, July nagoopen ang state nomination sa South Australia for this certain skill.

ang path of least resistance for me would be visa 189. lahat kasi na idedeclare mo sa visa application depende sa work experience at studies mo. saka hindi ka nakatali sa state na yun for 2 years pag visa 189. you can work in any state sa visa 189.

antay natin ang sagot ng iba. they may have a different view than mine 🙂

my problem is yung occupation ko is wala ata sa SOL. and medyo may pag-asa ako since may nakita ako sa CSOL na managerial position.

so i guess malabo ako sa 189 visa if wala sa SOL yung occupation ko.

im working in a bank industry kasi for almost 8 years na. 2 of my previous company is au based bank kasi wala naman ang banking sa SOL.

wala rin naman sa CSOL pero since im already a manager may nakita ako sa CSOL about managerial position. pwede kaya yun?

question naman po. may nagpeprepare na ba ng visa requirements dito kahit waiting for invite pa? practical na ba yun or wag muna baka maudlot? hehehe

Hi all, congrats! I got my invite last Sep 7 and was only able to lodge it on Sep 14. Based sa website, allocation time for 189 is 1-3 months, so latest na is Dec 14 un results.

Since medyo alanganin un timing, if ever makakuha ng grant, looks like the better plan is to fly to Australia by next January or so. I'm going abit ahead of myself, pero if December ma grant, my impression is baka mahirap maghanap ng work during the holidays? Is there a thread where we have information when is the worst/best time to look for a job in IT (Java developer here)? Anything else that we should consider for our future plans?

Given this timeline, I'm also stuck still thinking about waiting on the CO before doing the medical / police clearance or front-loading...

Hindi pa ba pwede i-frontload yung mga evidence of employment (ITR, payslips, etc)?

You can do/frontload your police clearance now but you have to wait for your CO before you can do your health examination because you already lodged your application.
