sa mga nakapag lodge na po, yung mga attachments ba kailangan pa certified copy or pwede na ang colored scan ng original. thanks.

Hi guys! I just submitted my EOI and checked both visa 189 (60pts) and 190 (to get 65pts if nominated)..may negative implications kaya sa ginawa ko na 2 yung chineck ko sa EOI application? TIA! 🙂

lam ko bosing for 190 hindi pwede ata kung wala pa SS act especially kung 190 visa lang option mo atleast eto yung experience ko along with my migration agent.

Tanong ko rin ito kung may need paba gawin kung 190 yung gustong i file, o sa skillselect lang din yun at bahala na yung State na makakita ng application?

@warquezho depende kung san state ka mag aapply, pero normally like sa SA, need mo mag EOI sa skillselect at the same time need mo magapply directly sa SA. Meaning gagawa ka din ng account sa SA migration website then submit ka ng application dun. Ganun din sa Victoria. Pero kung sa NSW ka alam ko sa EOI lang muna magaapply then dun sila magseselect basta pinili mo lang yung NSW. sang state mo ba plan magapply?

Kung sakali eh balak ko sana sa NSW. So kung sa NSW eh sa sa skillselect lang yun no at NSW lang dapat nakapili tulad ng sabi mo?

Tapos pwede naba sa SS sa NSW yung ganitong setup

age = 30

bachelor = 15

english = 10

= 55 points

Bale assessed naman ako ng ACS for suitable sa ANZSCO code ko with Major in Computing. Pero wala pako makuha points kasi -2years, so mangyayare eh di nako mag claim sa points sa work exp kaya 55 points lang tapos hingi nalang ako 5 points sa NSW. Pwede ba yang ganyang setup?

6years deduction ako sa ACS kasi Non-IT ako kaya wala akong points sa work exp. Tapos 5 points sa SS nomination.

Yup sa NSW EOI lang muna, once na invite ka ng NSW chaka ka magaapply directly sakanila.

Ayos! Same pala tayo ng sitwasyon hehehe. So wala ka na kinlaim sa work points, bale South Australia na nag bigay sayo ng points.

So sa SA eh need pa pala mag pa assess sa SA bago mag submit sa EOI, madami ba requirements yun? Ako kasi gusto ko sa NSW kasi andun kakilala ko hehe. Tapos sure ba na pag sa NSW magpa SS eh sa skill select lang unlike sa South Australia na need muna nila ma approved?

@warquezho sa SA need mo din mag EOI muna then select yung SA then at the same time apply directly sa SA, need kasi ng EOI number sa SA. Once nominated automatic invited ka sa EOI. Yung requirements same lang ng requirements sa EOI. Need mo lang magsulat ng reason mo bakit sa SA mo gusto, then may bayad yung SS nomination.

Eto yung process ng NSW based sa website nila

The key steps involved for NSW nomination for a 190 visa are:

1 Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) in SkillSelect

Ensure that you meet 190 visa criteria

Record your details in an EOI in SkillSelect

Indicate interest for NSW nomination for a 190 visa

You do not need to contact NSW after submitting your EOI

2 Regularly check your emails to see if you have been invited by NSW.

There is no set timeframe to expect an invitation after submitting an EOI. Invitations are not guaranteed.

3 If selected, you will receive an invitation to apply for NSW nomination by email

4 Recheck your eligibility

If you apply, you must be able to demonstrate that you meet the claims that were in your EOI when you were invited

5 Submit an application for NSW nomination and wait for the outcome

Candidates must submit an online application within 14 days of receiving the invitation to apply

NSW nomination applications usually take 12 weeks to process

6 If nominated, you will receive a SkillSelect invitation to apply for the 190 visa

7 Apply for the 190 visa to DIBP

Submit a visa application within 60 days of being nominated by NSW

8 DIBP will advise you of the decision on your visa application

9 If your visa is granted, move to NSW and commence your two year commitment to live and work in the state

Sige, check ko yang sa SA. So sa NSW eh deretso nalang pala sa EOI, pero basahin ko nalang din yung nasa site. Mga next year kopa naman balak mag pasa kasi kulang pa din ang fund ko ngayon, ipon muna habang prepare ko na mga documents.

Pansin ko sa SA parang mabilis ang invitation ng visa 190 no? Sayo ang bilis eh hehe.
