@andylhen Yes, then cash basis sila. They open at 8am pero nagpapapasok na sila by 7:30am, forms will be distributed by 8am.

Sabi nung receptionist priority daw if may newborn. Nagtanong lang kasi ako kanina dun and checked it out if may parking and may space for kids to play since 3 ang kiddos namin.

Or baka merong may alam if may clinic sila sa Monday kasi holiday. Thank you.

Just wanted to share my experience sa nationwide makati. Overall smooth naman. 720 ako nakarating sa building. Then 730 sila nag oopen. Natapos agad ako ng mga 9. 🙂

Walang clinic sa Metrowide on Nov. 30. How about sa St. Luke's Global? Baka po merong may alam. Based sa site nila open sila on this date but HOURS MIGHT DIFFER. Need lang talaga na magawa na namin kasi si hubby hindi basta basta makaleave while I might start with my new work anytime kaya mas malabong magleave agad.

I recommend Nationwide Makati. Mabilis sila mag process. Completed agad sa aken considering walang pasok ng 28 to 30. Noong 27 ako nag take and may result na ako ng December 1. 🙂

@Zaire - kakatpos lang din namin kanina. P 5,300 ang fee nila. Anong result pala ang nakuha mo? malalaman mo ba pag nabigay na nila?

Correction, P5,600 pala kami ni hubby and P2,350 naman kay baby. Kanina lang kami nagpa medical sa Nationwide.

guys, bakit pala need ng baby book/ vaccine pag mag papamedical na mga kids?

like my eldest is 12 yrs old, need pa rin dalhin? actually wala na kami record and closed shop na yung clinic.. for my 3 yr old toddler, meron kami updated baby book/ vaccine records.. please advise, thanks!

@paulcasablanca1980 as per our experience with Nationwide no need na for baby book. Hindi naman hahanapin, pero when you get there sa Australia kakailanganin mo sya as per my cousin who is there na. Let's see what other say about it. Thanks

Share ko lang experience ko with Nationwide Makati.

I arrived there around 7.30am and finished at 9.30am. Staff are friendly naman. Medical exam fee for adult PR visa is Php5,600.00. They only asked for my passport and the print out of the referral letter. Yung picture dun na nila itetake. Tests needed for PR visa are Chest XRay and urinalysis, Medical Exam (bmi, Blood pressure, whether you have a tattoo, mouth, ears, eyes, vision, tummy, inhale/exhale, etc) and HIV test.

My result was uploaded on the 3rd day after i took the exam. Superb bilis!
