Hello po sa lahat.I need help po. I really want to study in Australia. I'm a nursing graduate and had 3yrs experience working as staff in the hospital. What visa would be the best po for me if ,and how to start it. Thank you po

Hi @MeiMei! hmm.. It's not easy as suggesting you only 1 path to take. To practice here you need to be 1. registered with AHPRA and during whatever course you take have 2. a valid visa.
For AHPRA, you can 1. get your Philippine credentials assessed, after which they will recommend you to take a bridging course, and finally reapply with AHPRA for registration. 2. take a conversion course of 1-2 years, and apply with AHPRA. some courses do not lead to registration so be careful, and 3. take the full Bachelor course (3 years) or do a post-grad Masters degree leading to registration (pre-registration) (2 years).
Different visas will apply for each pathway. Plus, you will need to take consideration of future pathways.
For AHPRA check their website. There is a useful thread about applying for internationally-trained nurses from the Philippines at allnurses.com Just google it.
