actually hindi sia mandatory but marami dito (though there are those hindi rin inask) na hindi nag fillup inask parin. so ayun wait ulit ng pg balik ng CO. i see no issues in filling it up. lahat nmn dun personal info mo and wla nmn prob if wala ka hina hide na information ung address mulang, school, work since birth ang very detailed. then countries travelled for d last 10 yrs..ung ma trabaho lg is ung first 7 out of 19pages.. lahat ng dependant above 18 mag f fillup sia . for me i filled it up kc ayoko na may iisipin hehe
