@mariem medyo mahirap nang umpisa maka rent nang house kasi walang rental history, unless pinay yung nagpaparent. especially if u wala p work. I heard sa kakilala nang kakilala n merong mga pinoy n they paid for the house 6 months in advance before they came to AU para lng ma secure yung house in lieu of rental history
You also have to think about bond (usually 1 month rents worth) plus 1 month rent in advance. so most yung new immigrant n pumunta sa AU share house lng muna. which is either fully furnished n or semi furnished.
Or kung gusto nyo meron mauna kayo ni hubby and later n habol yung kids when may job n at maka rent n keo nang whole house
if sharehouse naman bet nyo and challenge naman dyan is finding 2 available rooms in the same house plan unless ok lng sa inyo mag siksikan sa isang room plus rent might differ kasi marami kayo irregardless kahit isang quarto lng.
I dont mean to disheartened you, gusto k lng n prepared k sa challenge..Lol
basta kahit ano ang piliin m,close to transpo, malapit sa school, lapit sa shops ang iconsider.
besides if bibili k agad nang car, problem p maintenance, license n mahal, insurance, plus parking n can usually at 7aud per hour..for starters hindi sya worth it..besides ang mga aussie dito when they go to work iniiwan lng ang car mostly sa train station...then train n lng to work..
