Hi po just want to share our blessing and good news. We received the immi grant for our 3 dependent kids. DYI lang po kami 🙂 here is our timeline

*husband is the student arrived here july 2016 Ako po august 2016 na po ako pumunta dito but i was included already upon processing dun sa 573

November 2016 - We started to gather documents like letter of offer for the school age kids, paid the bupa from couple to family, then medical of the kids sa pinas.

Dec 3 - we lodge the application ( 1 application for the 3 kids)

Jan 23- Received email from CO for additional docs Jan 24- send all the needed docs

Feb 9 - immi grant for the eldest ( CO advice us to relodge application for the 2 kids separately)

Feb 10 - relodge application (separately)

Feb 13- emailed the immi for the new reference numbers of each child

Feb 16- immi grant from the same CO

Just surrender everything to the LORD and trust him with all your heart and everything will run smoothly. We encountered depression as well but when you let him work on his own, seriously you will be amazed

@paci-ghie hi masters po ba kuniha ng husband mo? Kasi yung wife ko po bachelor ang na kuha nyang offer letter sa Uni south Australia ask ko lng po mga magkano deniclare nyo para show money? Kasi ho plano na namin mag lodge by April this year 2017 and ang processing time is 2 weeks lng ho ba or more than that pa? Salamat and pwede ko ho ma kuha fb ninyo para easy na may mga katanongan kaming mag asawa salamat ulit

Hi @kc1983 yep masteral sya but i think I regardless cguro kung ano course ng student kasi may kilala din kami na bachelors degree. With regards show money wala po kami binigay na statement or anything. Processing yung sa first lodging namin mga 2 mos din, but dun sa relodging ng dalawa less than a week lang. i'll pm you my number para text tayo andito din kami adl 🙂

@aayan29 hi ask ko lng po mag kano po binigay nyo na bank statement kasi po balak na namin mag lodge dahil naka tanggap na po ng offer letter yung wife ko for Uni south Australia for bachelor degree po. my narereject po ba na subsequent entrant? un kasi inaadvise sakin ng agent para sa 2nd apply ng visa, na refuse ung una. please advise po. how long does it take bago ko pwede i apply asawa ko ng visa, and ano mga requirements nya na kailangan? baka kasi mamaya, ako matuloy sabay pag iapply na ng subsequent entrant e sya naman ang marefuse.

@agentKams hello po, yes wala na pos 573. Can i opt for subclass 500 which is the new student visa subclass? Or is there a specific visa subclass for them? Thanks po

@pc3 alam ko SC500 din, pero may open close parenthesis subsequent entrant. Check mo sa immiaccount mo sis pag magstart ka na magfill up nung Application nila.

Good afternoon! I need you advice po. I have a boyfriend of nearly 4 years. Andito na po ako sa Australia. Nung nag apply ako nang visa ko sa Pinas di ko po siya na declare sa application ko kasi di pa kami ready. Ngayon gusto ko sana kunin siya to come here. What should I do po? Pumunta ako iba't iba agencies. Iba-iba naman ang sinasabi nila. Sabi nang isang Agency di daw pwede kasi nga Di ko na declare. Ang isa naman, file daw akoa Form 1023 (Notification of Incorrect Answer).

@secretlover17 Hi, since nasa Au ka naman why don't you try to call immigration and see what they have to say about your case. You just have to call them at exactly 8am to avoid long queues. All the best. 🙂

can you suggest any migration consultant/agency na makakatulong mag lodge ng subsequent entrant visa (student dependent visa) ng partner ko. Mahal kasi ng singil ng agent ko before A$1980 and parang hindi ko na gusto mag lodge ng application with my previous agent. Tapos sa nib insurance sabi nila A$1200 ung babayaran ko pero nung dito na ako sa australia tumawag ako sa NiB A$1,038 lang pala ang nabayaran nung agency.

@Rihanna Mag ingat po sa mga agency at nag agent. Sa friend ko inipit cya sa visa nya pra pagka perahan po. Legit po Idp,Ams,Aecc,Studies International po. Verify nyo po real name nila. Trace nyo sa google at sa office nla mismo.

@secretlover17 i did the notification of incorrect info kasi di ko din na declare si bf sa first student visa ko (as per my agent) and may part dun na i explain mo bakit na miss out mo yun. yung explanation ko wla kasi sa culture natin yung live in but weve been together for nearly 7 years. but we're getting married na din nmn before applying for residency

My visa was granted May 2016 under SVP 573 pero dahil may new system sila, I applied my dependants-- husband and son sa immigov account (online) under subsequent entrant class 500. I just finished uploading documents early morning. So mag one year na issue ng visa ko and saka pa lang ako apply ng visa nila. May hinahabol pa nga ako na date eh like sana endo of the month may results na kase wedding ng sister ko sa May 7. Pero DIY lang ako this time but yung student visa ko eh sa agent which is AECC Global Makati. So far ang kulang ko na lang is yung authenticated employee certificate and leave of absence certificate ni husband to support na temporary entrant lang target. Lahat na ng pwedeng i-attached according dun sa checklist na galing sa agent ko ( kase initially ang plan sila mag-aayos kaya lang someone told me online na lang, para mas mabilis daw process). I submitted the following:

Enrolment Confirmation for my Child issued by South Australian International Education Services Department

BUPA Family Coverage upgrade

Certified Authentic Copy passport, birth, marriage cert

Confirmation enrolment ng skul ko at academic transcript from LE CORDON BLEU (Master's Degree)

HAP ID ng Husband and Son ko (Medicals)

GTE Statement ng husband ko ( so to support yan dapat may Employee Certificate and approved leave of absence para nga may dahilan na babalik cia sa Pinas after ng study ko)

Affidavits of financial declaration for our access and financial support ng sponsor ko which is my parents.

Evidence of Relationship ko sa Parents: Birth Certificate ko, IDs nila and Affidavits mentioned above.

To support their source of income, I have attached the following:

Bank Certificates with 4.5M PHP and 15,000USD

Business & Mayor's Permit

Annual Tax Return

DTI Cert

Fees: a. 692AUD for the visa fees b.5900AUD for one year skul ng son ko c.4550AUD for BUPA Family coverage I will keep you posted sa updates ng application. So far, madaling-araw ko na natapos i-post lahat ng documents needed. Goodluck sa atin!

2yrs ago, ang pinakamura is Allianz, but I'm not sure kung nagtaas na ba sila. Okay lang magDIY, you just need to do a lot of readings para lahat ng documents maattach. With regards to your child kung nasa school age yung bata, it's a requirement na papagaralin siya rito sa Au.
