Konti lang yung print nmin, mga 3-4 pages lang yata na yahoo conversation para lang pakita na maintain ung communication during the time na magkahiwalay kami. Ung sa history of relationship, parehas kaming gumawa, pero nag sign kami sa harap ng police officer parang stat declaration na dn.

Sa case ko snapshots lang na kita yung dates, then sinave ko as PDF file. Sa history of relationship naman namin, gumawa kami pareho, then signed lang namin, scan then sent online, blue pen ginamit for signature to show it is original copy. Hindi naman na namin pinastat dec..

@Jovie in my own experience nasubmit ko lang 12 photos, mostly bday cards, valentine's cards, Xmas cards and few letters we sent to each other. I never submitted our chats so far after 6 months visa granted ako and I'm already here in Australia.

History of our relationship sa Microsoft Word nmin ginawa, tight Isa kami at we just signed it. As long as you have 12 months living together as partners and u have some evidence that your relationship is genuine u don't need to worry. Just provide all the documents in the check-list.

@Jovie maybe the reasonn why my spouse visa was granted only 6 months coz me and hubby been in a relationship since 2010 and been to Australia on a tourist visa and hubby visited me in Phils many times and we got married 2014 and applied my spouse visa 2015. . You know the CO is the one who review all the documents submitted in the embassy, isa siguro yan sa mga reason kaya na approve agad ang spouse visa ko, we got married in Phils. by the way.

Iprovide mo lang lahat ng mga requirements, if i may ask how long you been in a relationship na? Ur in Australia on a tourist visa ba? Saan ka dito sa Australia?

Happy_gal 3 years and 3 month na Kami Ng partner Ko but we leaving together one year Palang sa Australia I'm on tourist visa Po for one year expired Po visa Ko sa October 2016 . Then I'm 3 months pregnant Po now . Original I'm in Perth but because of my partner work we stay in port Hedland mag one year na Po Kami dito on June . After that move na Po Kami sa Melbourne . This June din Po. Sa tingin nyo Po maggranted Po ba or may chance Ma grant ang visa Ko .

@happy_gal hi! Ask ko lang, what if we never lived together? Pero genuine naman ung relationship namin ng bf ko 🙂 but hindi kami nag live in so wala kaming mga papers to prove that.. sa tingin po kaya ninyo, it won't hurt our application that much? Thank you! God bless!

Hi @ loringjoys based kc ng case officer sa evidence that u been living together for at least one year if mag apply kayo ng De facto. U needed to provide all the requirements ng Australian Embassy try to read it carefully para magka idea ka mabuti if u have strong application ba kc masakit sa bulsa ang visa fee kung Madeny lang ang visa application. Why not get married na lang? In that way you don't need to prove the one year living together.
