hi sir @jrgongon. since you currently have 55 points po excluding potential state nomination points, your visa options right now po is 190 state nomination (PR) and 489 regional state nomination (TR). For your nominated occupation po, it looks like NSW and WA have it in their respective skilled occupation lists. My suggestion then is to:
Create one EOI specifically for NSW by choosing 'NSW' as the preferred state, and
Create another EOI for the rest of states that may want to sponsor you. Choose 'ANY' as the preferred state for this one.
For both EOIs po, it's up to you if you want to choose both 190 and 489. I suggest ticking both, kung okay lang sa inyo na TR visa muna, to increase your chances of getting invited via state nomination. Good luck po.
