Hello All. Sa pagaapply ng citizenship, ask ko lang if 1. Sa given name, kailangan ko ba ilagay din ang maiden name ko? Does the given name comprise my first, second name and maiden name?

Kelangan pa ba ng Afp?

Yung unang question sa Form: Given name is your first name and last name is the Married Name. THEN

There’s a follow up question, which is about the name change, Given is your First name then Family name is your maiden name.

You don’t have to get an AFP check because they’ll do it in the exam day.

Hi guys, may mga lumabas ba inyo sa Au after initial entry? Bumalik kasi ako ng singapore and stayed for more than 10 months bago ko bumalik for good sa au. Nalilito ako kasi friends kept saying hindi daw counted yung first year ko kahit pr kasi ang tagal ko daw lumabas and hindi pa daw ako officially nakatira sa au. Pero sa residency calculator nameet ko naman yung requirement. May same experience ba dito?

It should be fine provided that you weren’t away for more than 12 mos in total for the past 4years and not away for more than 90 days in total in the past 12 months.

Ask ko din if alam mong nagstay ka more than 90 days sa isang country pwede ka na ba magrequest ng police clearance even before ka maglodge ng application? Para lang ready na lahat docs mo

And pwede ka na ba magstart mag fill out ng form days or weeks before your intended date to lodge?

@ChidoRodgers pwede ka ng magrequest nung Police Clearance. Hindi ko lang sure yung validity period nun at mahirap kasi tantyahin dahil hindi consistent yung processing timeline.

Pwede ka ng magstart na magfill out BUT make sure na hindi mo muna isasubmit yung application mo. I suggest na huwag mo siyang ilalodge ng saktong araw para at least may leeway.

@Cassey nagtry ako mag fill out ng app though 2 yrs to go p ko, since i provided my visa grant number, immiaccount wont allow me to proceed due to residency requirements.. hehe

Focus muna living happily :-)...hanggang page 6 ka lang yata pwede pag di pa nacomply ang 4 years residency...addresses, travel at personal info lang naman karamihan sa tanong...may part na mag provide ka ng someone to confirm your identity...someone na kilala ka for at least 1 year at employed in one of the listed occupations
