My partner and I (both female in a De facto relationship) applied for citizenship in April 2018.
Last week (Wednesday), I received my citizenship exam date. Yung sa partner ko, wala pa ring update up to now.
Should we be worried or is this normal kahit couple kayo na magiging magkaiba ang dates niyo for exam and selection?
I'm thinking nauna lang ako kasi of my family name na starts with I, tapos sa partner ko starts with L.

Applications are evaluated individually even if they are linked. Ang downside lang ng linked application is kahit nauna ka naapproved, aantayin ang result ng partner mo before both of you are invited for a ceremony. Definitely, your family name doesnt have any bearing why your application was reviewed ahead of you partner.</blockquote>
Thanks sa sagot, hindi na ako masyado nagworry. Okay lang naman na maghintay para sabay kami ng ceremony. Para isang kainan and celebration na lang. hehehe.
