Meron ba dito na after PR visa was issued, nag-initial entry lang, then nagwork pa outside AU for >90days... pero nung nag-apply for Citizenship hindi na ni-require magsubmit ng Police Clearance ng country where he stayed?

Nasstress kasi ako kumuha ng PCC sa Thailand, parang need ko pa actually mag-apply doon in person to ensure na makakarating sakin yung PCC ko..

Hindi na nagmamatter kung different yung occupation mo from before, ang important is maprove mo yung ties mo with Australia.

kung hindi naman at 1 month lng tlga yung visa mo nung 2014, then yung start ng counting mo ay from your big move date.

Question po.. just wanted to ask when can you start gathering documents (what are the documents you can gather at the earliest?) for lodging citizenship ?

For example, you are qualified to lodge March 10, 2021. Do you start gathering documents and filling in the application in ImmiAccount as early as a year prior ? Or six months prior?

I started gathering documents 3 months prior to lodgement, specially yung Form 1195, identity declaration, may list lang kasi na pwedeng pumirma nun. Yung actual application sa immi will not allow you to proceed until na meet mo na yung residency requirement;

Hi guys! Sorry bago po ako sa thread na to. May question lang ako. Nag exam ako for citizenship last week after 6 months of waiting for an interview. Hanggang ngayon ‘received’ pa din sya sa immi account. Pansin ko halos lahat same day approval pero sakin 1 week na wala pa rin. Meron po ba nasa similar situation? Hindi rin ako hiningan ng police clearance nun case officer ko sa interview. So I don’t know ano pa kaya kulang.

Should i create a new immiaccount for my citizenship application?

Granted po ako ng PR Visa 189 as fiancee-dependent wherein yung partner ko yung primary applicant. Pareho po kaming engineer with EA and combined application po kami para mapataas yung points for PR grant. Pwede na po kami mag-apply ng citizenship eo last year pero nagbreak kami recently and lost communication.

Any advice po paano ko iproceed yung citizenship application ko? TIA

first check mo sa vevo na PR ka pa din tlga, afaik, pwede i-cancel un ng primaryapp by requesting immig.

if yes, PR ka pa, apply ka na citizenship with new immiaccount asap.

Hi, yung time taken for approval can vary from minutes, to days, to months and yung iba waited for a year. All applicants are subjected to security checks after test. You'll get your approval once your Integrity Screening and Biometrics Match checks are complete.

When we did our interview last Jan, yung case officer na naginterview sakin asked for additional documents for my kids (Consent from the biological father of my kids which we no longer have contact). She said that they'll the request via email but we didn't get any email. We got our approval an hour after my interview. So if the department needs more information, they will send you an email asking you to scan and upload the requested document sa immi application mo.
