I hope ma-receive nyo na soon, in due time yung much awaited notification, be it test/interview invitation, approval and ceremony invite.

In my case, very helpful na may schedule na ko for oath taking due to work. Finishing na yung current work contract ko and I need to find my next job. May pending application ako sa federal government and ang icoconsider lang nilang security cleared applicants ay Australian citizens.

I sent email twice to virtual.ceremony.nsw@homeaffairs.gov.au. First, I stated the same reason as above regarding work application. Second, just plain email saying I would like to be considered for a virtual ceremony. Also, wala pang schedule ang Georges River Council for in-person ceremonies. So there you go, thankful na nakareceive ako ng favourable response from the Department.

If hindi pa mageend yung contract ko sa work, willing to wait ako for an in-person ceremony. Main reason kaya nagpa-consider ako for a virtual ceremony is para maging eligible applicant for government jobs. Thankfully naging mabilis nga yung pagbigay nila ng oath taking schedule.

Hoping ma-receive nyo na din ang ceremony date soon!

Planning to lodge my application by 31 March 2021 pero di ko sure if need ko ba mag attach ng NBI clearnce. Got my PR in Sept 2015 and permanently moced here in Au in March 2017.

in my opinion, possibly yes, since more than 12mons ka outside au from date of visa approval.. so you may need to provide police certs from all countries you have stayed more than 90 days between sept 2015 and march 2017.

For sure hihingan ka ng PCC in any country you've lived in for 12months or more...

Ako nga 11months lang sa Thailand nag-stay.. hiningan pa din ng Thai PCC... during my Citizenship Test ko pa nalaman.

Lodge mo na application mo asap, then to follow mo na lang i-attach yung NBI pag nakuha mo na

Hello, question po, after pumasa ng test how long usually status would change from Received to Approved. Hubby had his exam last Mar 12, and approved on the day itself. I took the exam last Mar 15, but no update yet, is it because our 2 kids are in my application, so there's a little bit of delay? (We submitted app last 1st week of July 2020)

same experience on my status. Changed from Received to Approved on the same day of exam.

Try to draft your application, I'm sure you can figure it out.

May option naman na kumuha ka muna ng NBI saka ka mag-submit ng citizenship application or you wait na umayos ang sitwasyon... wala namang madali sa panahon na to

1) approval notification - other than the immiaccount status approved, is it by snail mail (post) lang po ba?

2) citizenship ceremony - how were you informed? by email or post po ba? do you need to provide the approval letter for this?

3) citizenship certificate - by post po ba ito? gano katagal po ba nila ibbigay to after the ceremony? thanks!

APPROVED ONLY ON IMMI ACCOUNT

INFORMED THROUGH POST BY THE COUNCIL.THE IMMI DEPT WILL COORDINATE WITH THE COUNCIL BY PROVIDING THE LIST OF APPROVED APPLICANTS. THE COUNCIL THEN SEND THE INVITATION LETTER THOUGH POST OR COULD BE THROUGH EMAIL. YO DONT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING BUT WAIT.

CERTIFICATE WILL BE HANDED RIGHT THERE AT THE CEREMONY.
