Ask ko lang po, may norm po ba na kailangan sundin for Resume pag naghahanap ng work sa Australia..? For example, kelangan po ba may picture or wala? And number of pages, ganun.. thank you sa mga sasagot!
Ideally you would not include details that can be used to discriminate against you. So don't include photos, or write your gender, age, birthday, religion, and other personal details that are irrelevant to the position you are applying for. Double-check the selection criteria in the job posting to see what are they specifically looking for, and tailor your resume and cover letter for each job application. A cover letter is sometimes a requirement when applying, sometimes it's a "nice to have." Either way, prepare one anyway, since it can demonstrate your written communication skill to the potential employer.
Things to definitely include are name, contact details (email and mobile number), website (only if you have an online portfolio), education/qualifications and work experiences relevant to the role. Add volunteering, extracurricular activities, or awards if you think they are relevant (meaning they can show you have transferable skills). Try to limit your resume to 1 or 2 pages (HR people reportedly take only 6 seconds to go through a resume, so ideally keep it short and impactful).
