You must submit a statutory declaration with your COE given to you by your employer.

Yung company rin ng hubby ko hindi nagbibigay ng detailed COE pero napakiusapan to add the information needed for assessment dun sa standard format nila. With his current company he talked muna to his boss about the assessment para hindi magulat that he is requesting for COE and explained na hindi naman sya magreresign but only to assess if makakapasa yung skills and education nya for visa application requirement.
