guys, anyone here na naging under a manpower company or naging outsourced employee?
I was hired by a Telco company in Kuwait, then sila na mismo nag-assign ng manpower company para sa sponsorship ng visa ko. This means na outsourced employee ako at ndi nagwowork directly under that telco company. Kaya nung nanghingi ako ng CoE/Job Description kay telco company, ni-redirect ako kay manpower. But then, generic CoE lang ang binigay sakin ni manpower. So ang ginawa ko eh dun ako sa previous telco co. supervisor ako nanghingi ng Job Description (which he provided naman with official letterhead).
Do you think EA will honor this? 2 different sources ng docs ko? Naka-indicate naman dun sa CoE from manpower na I worked for that specific telco co.
Though medyo late na ung inquiry ko kasi nakapagsubmit nko ng assessment kay EA, waiting lang ng outcome. Gusto ko lang maiready if ever manghingi ng additional supporting docs.
