Finally VISA GRANTED!

Excited to go to Adelaide this October.

Sub Ent Visa - so I can work 20hrs/week.

Base sa mga nababasa ko dito hindi talaga priority ang hindi PR and Citizen 🙁

But Im positive that somewhere and somehow makakahanap din tayo ng work. maybe not asap but I know we will! Sipag at tyaga yan puhunan ng pinoy!

BTW my background is in Graphic Design, Marketing and Events and Photography and Ceramics but I also worked as an Art Teacher and last job ko sa Phil is part of the NGO that train teachers for their professional development program. (digital literacy, workshops for teaching strategies, etc)

I understand mahirap makahanap ng work na base on my field. But di naman po ako maarte sa job. Kahit ano pa yan basta kaya ko and may skills ako na pwede ko matutunan I would grab it. Hope may makabasa nito who can help/lead me sa job prospects or hr hunter.

Objective: To create/document the lives of our kababayan in Australia and for other people back in our country (Phil) to see and to learn from their experience

FOCUS of the blog is kamusta na sila, kamusta pamumuhay nila, what are their motivations and frustrations, and what can they suggest/advice to people who wants to go in Australia.

Exciting to kasi magagamit and massshare ko yung skills ko as Events/Graphic/Film person and sana makatulong ung blog and docu para mas maintindihan natin ang buhay sa ibang bansa.

Ngunit ang ending natin lahat.. Pilipino tayo sa puso,isip,salita at gawa.

(premise ng short film (shortfilm dahil wala akong budget) na gusto ko gawin sa australia para paguwi namin isasali ko sa cinemalaya or mga indie film, Working Title ng short film/docu: Mukha sa ibang bansa)

Sana may same vision at interesado na kababayan tayo dyan na gusto maging part ng advocacy na to.

July 29 - 2nd try to apply Sub Ent Visa

Aug - VISA GRANTED

Oct 18 - Go to OZ to be with my wife

@bryan88 kung PHD program, yes. otherwise, 20 hours per week when course is in session.

Hello po. Need ko po sana ng part time job within gold coast area. bka meron po kayo mrrecommend. nagttry ako maghanap sa mga asian restaurants pero lage wala vacancy. Im ok with odd jobs as well.
