I'd like to share what are the documents needed during our medical at NATIONWIDE CLINIC

Health Examination List (sample)From the Australian Embassy, or Examination Referral

Letter (sample) for E-Visa Applicants

Valid Passport
Black Pen

Note:

No need to bring baby book kasi hindi naman hahanapin.

No need to bring a photo kasi dun naman kayo kukunan sa clinic.

No need to fast.

Bring CASH (debit card and credit card not accepted)

If you have a children from age 2-10, don't go for medical on thursday kasi walang PPD skin test (Tuberculosis skin test for children) that will be conducted since the result will be on a sunday.

PPD Skin Test (Tuberculosis Test) for children age 2-10.

Skin tests should be read 48-72 hours after the injection kaya you need to go back after 3 days. No screening on Thursday since the 3rd day will fall on a Sunday (No clinic). Also I do not recommend that you will have your medical on Wednesday since hindi nyo maaabutan yung clinic hours ni doc just like us =(

Hi po. Ask ko lang yun sa case ko. Naapprove nanyun NSW nomination ko, pending visa lodge ngayon. Yun sa eoi and nomination ko,relationship status ko was de facto. Sa visa lodge ichchange ko to single. Okay lang po ba yun or kelangan ko iupdate ang NSW before ako maglodge ng visa dahil sa change ng relationship status? Thanks po.

"All clients who have a HAP ID can also use eMedical Client to see if, and when, their health examinations were submitted to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection."

@EAP sa eMedical, maglogin ka then download mo ung pdf, dito mo makikita ung mga status per test - Completed/Incomplete/Referred.

Sa ImmiAccount naman pag nakita mo na status ay "Health clearance provided - no further action required" -> This means nasubmit na ng clinic ung results mo to DIBP.

Pag di pa sinubmit ng clinic kahit completed ka na sa eMedical ang status goes something like "Examination in progress"
