Note:
No need to bring baby book kasi hindi naman hahanapin.
No need to bring a photo kasi dun naman kayo kukunan sa clinic.
No need to fast.
Bring CASH (debit card and credit card not accepted)
If you have a children from age 2-10, don't go for medical on thursday kasi walang PPD skin test (Tuberculosis skin test for children) that will be conducted since the result will be on a sunday.

Skin tests should be read 48-72 hours after the injection kaya you need to go back after 3 days. No screening on Thursday since the 3rd day will fall on a Sunday (No clinic). Also I do not recommend that you will have your medical on Wednesday since hindi nyo maaabutan yung clinic hours ni doc just like us =(
