@ceejaycruz17 panong ok lang sayo iwithdraw ung 309? E kelngn mo tlga iwithdraw un sir since hindi ka nmn pr o citizen..and i think marerefund mo ung money since hindi applicable ung visa 309 sa partner mo and sa iyo..anyways check wid DIBP p rin pra sigurado talaga..

Hi guys!

Just an update. I called DIBP this morning but told me they don't handle VISA 309. She even spoke to her manager but they really cannot advise on how to withdraw Visa 309 application & steps to refund the money.

The only option lang daw is to send email to the case officer. Told them it's already 2 weeks since I send them an email & informing them I have already paid but still no response.

Hays, nde kc pwede matawagan CO para ma-explain ko sna maigi and tagal tlga nila mgreply sa email.

@ceejaycruz17 mukang you need to research kung anong department ang naghahandle ng visa 309 since GSM only handles General Skilled Migration. For now, you might want to focus on adding your partner in your visa 189 application (if you still have the budget) then just work out your visa 309 withdrawal.

May binigay sila sayong specific CO email o ung generic pa rin?

Actually sir, mejo oaky pa rin situation mo kasi almost ever 2 weeks nag cocommunicate sayo ang CO..

Iniicp ko nga rin ganun kaya muna gawin ko sir, para lng umusad application ko for Visa 189. Try to look for funds muna to submit that FORM 1436. Then research on how to withdraw Visa 309 application plus the refund!

Hi @ram071312,

Wla nmn cla specific na CO na binigay sir. Basta 2 CO nagrequest skin (Feb8 & Feb26) to submit FORM 1436 in 28 days to submit the requested form. They will make a decision daw khit wla ung form na un if hindi ko naisubmit in 28 days from the first email they've requested it.

So far, ika-36th day na today pro I haven't heard from the CO yet.

@ceejaycruz17 you can withdraw po ung 309 by emailing dibp. Ilalagay mo lang po yung full name, date of birth, file reference number, client ID, or a Transaction Reference Number. Aantaying mo lang yung letter ng cancellation kapag nreceive na po nila. Hope that helps 😃

I think so kasi basta nmn po di pa finalized you can refund lalo na wala pang CO. Kapag naman po ngreply sila about your application they will tell you what to do.. Either bigyan ka ng form for refund and withdrawal.

@ceejaycruz17 sir check nyo po ung form 1424.. pwede nyo po sabihin na error po ung application.. Pero best po kung antayin mo advise sayo ng DIBP.

Hi @ann_joli,

Nagsubmit na rin ako anyways ng FORM 1436 with credit card info and amount this time in compliance with CO's request for my De Facto partner. Saka ko na lang po cguro I-wiwithdraw ung Visa 309 application pag may progress na po ung Visa 189 application ko or if mgreply na si CO.

Anyway, wala pa namang CO sa VISA 309 plus hindi ko pa rin click ung "information updated" button on that application. "Information Requested" pa naman ung status ng Visa 309 and may kailangan pa kasing supporting statement sa bank for the refund request.

Wait ko na lang hopefully ang good news sa Visa 189 application ko. 🙂

@ceejaycruz17 mas ok siguro na iwithdraw mo na yung visa 309 application habang maaga. try to check from 1424 baka pwede ilagay na invalid application kasi di ka naman eligible magsponsor for partner visa.

@all tanong lang po, pwede ko na upload yung mga requested requirements for my baby? Under po ba dun sa tab ng name ko upload yung mga documents niya? or magkakaroon po siya ng sariling tab para magkarron din siya ng HAP ID? May naka experience na po ba nito after ng submit ng Form 1436? Salamat po!
