@engineer20 / guys - nagreply na rin skin CO (after 3weeks from last contact) and iba na nmn CO this time (4th CO). Ipa-process daw nila ung updated FORM 1436 ko and isasama na daw nila ung De Facto ko sa Visa 189 application ko! Yehey! Kokontakin daw nila ako ulit for her Police Clearance - sana naman hindi abutin ulit ng 2-3wks of waiting, haaay.

Also, nakareceive ng email ung girlfriend ko from AUS High Commission dito (tama kayo)stating na hindi magpoproceed ung Visa application 309 (Partner) ksi nga nde pa nmn daw ako PR.

Thank God and nag-attached cla ng FORM 1424 (Refund Request) and they have suggested to apply for a refund on this application.
