@jedh_g as far as I am di m kailangan driving record. although you can only use your PH license for 6 months upon initial entry sa AU dapat iconvert m n to AU license.

Driving here is right hand driving di tulad sa pinas left hand...

@tooties salamat if that is the case. My chosen state is at Perth. Kasi there's no harm naman in bringing it there at Australia as the payment to get this official document from LTO main office at Quezon City is less than 200 pesos only. Anyway, thanks for the input! God bless...I'm on my next step this coming April as I hit my target scores sa PTE exam just this week. Visa 189 na kami as we acquired 65 points overall. Thanks to GOD almighty!

@ram071312 Hello po. I am also a chemical engineer but i only have around 4.3years of experience in my field. Hope you can help me with a few things in visa application. so may i ask if my experience will suffice? and if you availed of a migration agents' assistance when you applied for your 189 visa?

Ang una mong goal ay to get invited via Skillselect, that is, to get a minimum of 60 points. And don't worry kung 4.3 years pa lang experience mo kasi me ibang factors pa naman to be considered. Let's try to "assess" your situation by points dun sa areas na "fixed or uncontrolled", purely assumptions lang ito ha:

Age at the time of Invitation (25-32 incl) - 30 points

Skilled Employment Outside of Australia (At least 3 but less than 5 years) -5 points- needs assessment sa Engineers Australia for confirmation

Education Qualification (At least Bachelor's degree) - 15 - needs assessment sa Engineers Australia

Total: 50 points

Now, I-add natin ung controllable factor:

English Language Ability - YOU NEED TO GET ATLEAST 7 ACROSS ALL MODULES in IELTS - 10 points

New Total: 60 points 🙂

Hi guys,

May katanungan lang po sana ako. Kc dun sa mali kong nilodged na separate visa 309 partner application dati for my De Facto, may required doc dun na "Form 1221" which we filled up that time. (Update on this) - Processing na nga pla po ung withdrawal nitong Visa 309 application namin and refund request was also submitted.

Waiting na rin po kami sa COC ng partner ko to be release and yun na lang kulang nyang requirement to be frontloaded sa ongoing visa application nmin.

Now, since successfully na-add na ng CO ung De Facto ko under my Visa 189 application, my question is - I wonder if it's okay to front load the "Form 1221" pa rin khit na hindi ito ksma sa checklist ng CO na sinend sa akin last time and wla rin ito sa requirement under her account.

May nabasa kc ako na - no harm in uploading it sa partner ko if I want to be sure of "no delays" in processing our application - baka kc nakalimutan lang ng CO or maisipang manghingi nito sa next correspondence.

However, ang worry ko is, kung I-upload ko ito for her na hindi naman hinihingi or required under her account, baka biglang hingan din ako ng CO for my account dahil sa pagka-bibo ko imbes na wla nmn originally hinihingi sa akin. hehehe =)

Need your expert input lang po if "to upload or not to upload FORM 1221 (Adding Personal Particulars Information) even if hindi hinihingi or required under her account?" - that is the question.

@ceejaycruz17 sa case namin ni misis nagfrontload ako ng Form 1221 namin. Yung iba naman pati Form 80 nagfrontload din. Wala man ito sa required document checklist pero highly suggested din ng DIBP na ipasa sa kanila.

@ceejaycruz17 hello nice to hear that everything is going well on your visa and refund apps 🙂.. I agree with @engineer20. Kami with frontloaded 80 which, if I am not mistaken, the more detailed version of F1221.

I see. So sa case nyo @engineer20, Form 1221 frontload nyo (kahit hindi hiningi or required) and hindi na nagrequest sa inyo ng Form 80 ung CO?

And sa case nyo nmn @ram071312, Form 80 nmn frontload nyo (kusa nyo lng ginawa khit nde required) and hindi na kyo hiningan ng Form 1221?

Sa case ko kc, nanghingi ung CO ng Form 80 ko before. For clarifications lang po for my 3 questions below:

1.) Form 80 or Form 1221 ba i-provide ko sa knila for my partner this time?

2.) Is it safe to say na no need nko mgpass ng Form 1221 kc hiningan na nila ako before ng Form 80?

3.) Usually either one of those 2 forms lang naman hihingin nila and not both forms?

Aww end of the month na wala pa din ang happy email...di kaya based din sa elected occupation at baka mejo napupuno na yung naaplyan ko kaya matagal ulit magkagrant...meron ba so far sa inyo na nagverify ang dibp sa employer?

62 days since lodge date ko today Application Received pa din status...

@tigerlily alam ko kasi ung grant ay independent sa NOC na eh... ung verification kung quota na ba NOC ay sa ITA stage. pwede na ba tumawag at magfollow-up?

@ceejaycruz17 sa case ko kasi mas madaling gawin ang form 1221 kesa sa form 80. may mga details kasi doon na di ko kayang bigyan ng supporting docs kung sakali manghingi si CO. kay misis madali lang din iprovide details para sa form 1221 at form 80 nya. nagready din ako ng form 80 namin kung sakali lang humingi si CO. swerte na lang din na direct grant kami.

mas ok ipasa ang form 80 kasi mas detailed yun kesa sa form 1221.

medyo bumagal ang grants this week. feel ko dahil kakabalik lang sa holiday ng mga CO or baka di pa rin sila nakakabalik at holiday mode pa rin. Sana mag pick up ang speed ng grants the following days.
