Manila to Melbourne or Manila to Sydney to Melbourne

Hi, since cebupacific only offers flight to SYD, has anyone tried this route: Manila to Sydney to Melbourne?

My only concern is: for the flight from SYD to MEL, what if you have more than 15KG checked in luggage? Jetstar and Tiger only offers 15 KG then yung excess $15 per KG. So if I have 40KG worth of luggage, yung excess 375 AUD na agad O_o

Yung parents at kapatid ko nung nagpunta cla dto fr Manila-Sydney Cebu Pac ang gnamit nila dahil sa promo fare. Bali nag add cla ng checked in luggage na 20kls, 1,400 pesos dn yung bnayad nila para sa checked in luggage. Then from Sydney binili ko cla ng domestic ticket to Melbourne sa Tiger nka promo dn non 39AUD yata one way per person plus ung additional na checked in luggage nila na 20kg. Pero from Sydney International Airport malayo ang domestic kelangan mag shuttle bus or taxi daw, nasa 9AUD/person dn yata bnayad nila sa bus.

@happyinmelbourne34 Thanks po. Mukang mas mura nga talaga yung thru cebu pac. Sorry nagkamali ng tingin kagabi haha may 40kg pala talaga inooffer ung airline. Yung shuttle to domestic, hindi daw hassle? Kasi may 2 check in luggages ako if ever

hindi nman daw po hassle...mag allocate k lang ng at least 3-4 hrs in between to catch ung domestic flight kung di k nman nagmamadali. 10AM ng umaga dumating ung parents at kapatid ko sa Sydney then ung knuha ko sa kanila na flight pa Melbourne is 2PM so far ok nman. Sa pagbalik ulit nila dto ng April or May yan ulit ang gagawin nmin since laging may promo ung Cebu Pac.

I will be heading to Melbourne this Feb 2017. Pero sa Sydney and entry ko. Dahil nakakuha ako ng sale sa CebuPac. Ang tanong ko po, hiwalay po ba ang International Airport saka Domestic Airport? I mean from International Airport kelangan ko pang lumabas sa immigration to transfer to Domestic airport? Tigerair ko plan sumakay from Sydney - Melbourne - Sydney. TIA!
