Documents that are required by Australian employers?

Just wondering, once na-hire ka na, hinahanap ba ng mga Australian companies itong mga documents na ito:

Original Diploma

Transcript

Employment certificate from previous companies..

what else do they look for?

Visa grant notice..

(if working on construction related fields)

(OHS) white card (a must!)

Police Clearance Certificate (a must!)

Alcohol and Drug Test (essential)

Full Drivers License (essential)

Tickets - ie. Forklift, Scissor-lift, etc. (favorable, unless a requirement)

Certificates - ie. CAD, Civil3D, Terramodel, BIM, etc. (favorable, unless a requirement)
