@alexamae - yes tama.. meaning it's a requirement to get the points (partner's skill), kung mag claim kayo nito dapat ung mga date ng assessment and results are before the date of your EOI..

although, okay naman po ang plan nyo, nag mag EOI na si mister kung meron na syang ACS at IELTS (of course provided na meron na kayo total 60pts, or atleast 55pts + 5 pts for SS application).. pero hindi sya pwede magclaim ng partner's skill (5pts) kung wla pa ang sa inyo..

Now, provided na hindi pa kayo naiinvite (Visa application), tpos lumabas na ang result ng assessmen at ielts nyo (partner), pwede nyo naman i edit ang EOI, para tumaas ang total points nyo, just take note though, na pag edit kayo ng EOI, mababago ang effectivity date..at dun nakabase ang ranking nyo (comparing other EOI applicants)..

Bali when you say magbabago ang effectivity date, you mean, yung date ng lodgement machange to the date na ni edit? Parang back to the bottom ka noh?

@alexamae well, if you edit your EOI dahil tataas ang points nyo:

tataas kayo sa ranking (so malalampasan nyo lahat ng mas mababa ang score sympre)
pero compare sa mga ka score nyo (new score), kayo ang nasa bottom, kasi kayo ang pinakabagong nag lodge (in terms of date)

Hi! nakapagsubmit na kme ng EOI last August 08 under Architectural Draftsperson. our category unfortunately is priority 5. so its the last priority.

Anybody here sa blog who is under Priority 5 and puedeng malaman kung ano ang naging timeline?

Madami daw kseng narereject na Architect ng pinas tapos nagpaasses sa AACA...

Please help. 🙂

i dont understand kung bakit naging priority 5:

kung nasa SOL/CSOL po ang skill nyo, at na-assess nmn na positive,
you have the required IELTS level
and kung meron nmang SS (if required) for those in CSOL Sched 2

@lock_code2004 hmmmmm sa previous immigration law is Priority 5 ang Architectural draftsman based sa SOL tapos may code ng priority dun right. I'm not sure if it still apply to Skill Select. I'm just getting the worst case scenario. 🙂

what is SS by the way? I know we don't have it but we were able to submit our EOI.

we submitted last viasa 189 on August 08 with 70 points. parang nakikita ko kse sa mga time line ng iba one month lang may invitation na sila.... Haist.. wait na lang I guess.

@Aiwink : hmmm...yung Architectural Draftsperson po ba ay nasa Sched 2 ng CSOL? if it is, then kelangan kayong kumuha ng State Sponsorship (SS) at visa 190 ang dapat na inapply nyo.

other peeps, paki-correct na lang kung mali ang sinabi ko. 🙂

@hotshot correct ka!!! kaya siguro ang tagal ng Visa 189 namin dhel dapat nasa 190 kme... hay nako.... kse sa EOI hindi nya kinocorrect unlike sa past application na talagang icacategorize ka. So we kinda expect the same from skill select.

@Aiwink - tama si @hotshot..... khit na po magsubmit kayo ng EOI with 70pts, at kung nasa CSOL sched 2 ang skilll nyo, eh magiging priority 5 po talga kayo kung walang State Sponsorship (SS)..

pakibalikan po ang CSOL Sched 2, at basahin nyo ang unang paragraph dun... nakalagay na if you are nominating skills from this list, you need to have State Sponsorship..

if you read priority 5, one of the reasons is because walang SS, or hindi pa approved/accepted ng DIAC ang SS...

i mumultiply daw ung visa type sa priority.. so visa 189 x priority 5 = 945 years daw..

lol. just joking po..
