Hi! I need help, friends. I got an invite and I let it expire because I had a mistake on my EOI which added 5 points to my score. I should have 60 points only but my points became 65 caused by my mistake. When it expired, I was not able to login that day. Then I got a new invite, 2nd time. I haven't changed my data so it still contains an error. I know that we are only allowed to have 2 invites, then we will be banned from applying forever. What should I do? HELP!

@nalooka Can I ask kung paano ka po nagkamistake sa EOI points mo kung automatic generated sya based sa sagot mo. Is it about the education? kse dun kme nagkamali eh. Since you got another invite why not change your mistake now?

There must be some help desk or email that you can contact.. explain your issue..

and tell them na hindi ka nga naka log-in for some reasons para baguhin ang points mo..

you have to act fast bago mahuli ang lahat.. tawagan mo na para mabilis..

@ianne27 naku wala! basta masagot mo lang yung mga questions nila. no need for proof. nasa site yung questions at $200aud

thanks lock_code2004. namamahalan akong tumawag and baka di ko maexplain ng maayos.... pero question, ano pagkakaintindi nyo, baka kasi pwedeng magsubmit na lang ako uli ng EOI since mar-remove naman na yung EOI kong may mali...

ito yung nakasulat sa invitation:

Be aware: if you do not make a valid visa application after receiving two invitations, your EOI will be removed from SkillSelect.

If you do not lodge a visa application

If your invitation has expired you will no longer be able to lodge a valid visa application. If you have not received a previous invitation before this one you may be able to receive a new invitation based on your current EOI.

mage-expire na kasi sa mid feb. iniisip ko nga kung ok lang gumawa ng bagong EOI then magaapply na rin ako ng NSW sponsorship para lang sure na mainvite since 60 points lang ako.

There is an option diba to withdraw your EOI? Why don't you do that and submit a new one?

@psychoboy I can't withdraw kasi may invite ako for visa application. so naka hold ang EOI ko, hindi pwedeng maupdate or mawithdraw

@nalooka - i wish i can answer that with certainty...

pero im not sure kung meron bang EOI Ban after 2 invites..
mukhang wala naman based sa statements sa FAQs..
at dahil ikaw ang unang naka experience nyan. wala pa tayong mapagtanungan..

my opinion, but dont rely your future on just this..

mukhang pwede ka naman mag re-apply ng bagong EOI..
kasi may function na Withdraw EOI (remove).. so i guess pwde naman mag-reapply.
yun eh kung wala talgang "Ban" after 2 invites

the best way is to call them.. mura lang ang tawag para mawala ang mga agam-agam mo..

dito nakasalalay ang AU dream mo..

Thanks @lock_code2004. nagsubmit na ako ng new EOI and sure na tama na ang total points ko. Abang ako sa next round of invitations, Feb 4, sana mainvite na ako uli. Kapag hindi, tatawag na talaga ako 😃
