@jon1101a Hi! Yes need na mgbayad agad ng fee. I submitted my eoi end of nov 2017 and paid the fee right away after submitting the application to SA. I was invited after 3 weeks. We got our visa last April.

@Hendro Im not sure if there’s a way that they will know na you submitted 2 eoi’s since you used same email. Ive read though that SA is quite strict sa sponsorship and they prefer that applicants should tick only SA in their eoi for the sponsoring state, and yes they ask for commitment letter. So if ever they have means to check, Im not sure if your application will be affected. When I applied, kay SA lang open yung occupation ko kaya sa knila lang ako nag submit.

@pangky_town Sagutin ko na din question mo. If you apply SS with SA no need for job offer for 489.

Hello @chococrinkle! oo nga kaya ngdalawang isip din ako knina, since parang malabo nman si NSW I decided na i-suspend ko nalang muna si EOI. 🙂

@Hendro if you think you have better chance with SA might as well grab it kasi ang bilis ng mga changes now, naghihigpit na din ang immi at dami na rin nag aapply. Im not sure how long processing ni SA now pero mostly from what Ive read, as long as tama ang pag claim mo ng points, na satisfy mo lahat ng conditions ni SA, and you submitted all their required docs, most likely approved application na yun within their published lead time. Btw, dont forget to send your score report to SA as well using your pte account kasi they need to have access sa score mo.

Hello @chococrinkle salamat sa pagsagot sa mga questions ko, tama ka nga, since sila lng tlga ang open na state for may occupation at 190 pa better na maayos lahat to secure invitation. Yes, both ko snend sa DHA at sa SA. 🙂

@chococrinkle Maraming salamat po. Bale 3 weeks yung waiting time pala just in case.

Tapos yung visa grant umabot ng 5 months. Single applicant po ba kayo or with family?

@jon1101a based on SA processing time now is 9-10 weeks..

@jon1101a that was the processing before not sure now. For the visa we lodged Jan 4, Direct grant April 10, a little over 3 months. Yup parang 5 months yung total process from eoi. Family of 4 kami. :-)

Though case to case basis din sa process, under one position and company lang ako and di rin complicated yung case namin kaya siguro medyo mabilis lang process and wala na din CO Contact.

Hi po, ask lang po. nasa list po kasi yung occupation ko kaso po nakalagay na 5 years need ng experience, 2 years palang po exp ko eh. meron po ba naka experience na nag apply ng less than the required exp pero nabigyan po ng sponsorship?

@aj.skywalker You have to meet the conditions they set for you to get an invite. I dont think they have issued invitations for those that did not meet their conditions, as it will be against their published requirements.

Hello! ask ko lang po if sensitive ba si south australia regarding eoi's? as we have a previous one with NSW last May. We already submitted an application for state nomination in south aus pero we created a new eoi and selected south aus only as preferred state.

Is it ok? i'm worried baka makaaffect sa outcome kasi may commitment statement sila =____='

I have same question kay @Jbs , I initially applied for NSW, pero since nsa SA tlga ung occupation ko, sunuspend ko muna ung EOI ko kay NSW, iniisp ko bka strict sila at mkita na nglodged din ako ng EOI kay NSW though magkaibang email gamit ko...

Meron nabang naivite sa SA na may EOI sa ibng states?

Hello @Hendro, parehas tayo. Nauna nag submit ang agent ko ng EOI sa NSW before SA. Pero nauna ako nakatanggap ng ITA sa SA and since during that time hindi pa ako nakakatanggap ng pre-invite sa NSW, I just went with SA since aabutan na ako ng deadline. Lodged application there last March. I actually got superior sa PTE but my occupation might have something to do with why I didn't receive pre-invite from NSW.

ang evidence, need lng ideclare yung amount pag ngfill up, just be ready for the evidence incase they ask, pero so far wla nmn dw hnhingi..
