Good day po. Kailangan ko po bang kumuha ng Police Clearance sa Pilipinas kung nakabased po ako sa SG for the last 10years? Since late 2006 po nasa SG nako nagwowork at umuuwi ng Pilipinas para magbakasyon.

Good day to all. I was browsing for the requirements para sa occupation code ko for SA and saw this:

Proficient English (or Proficient Plus overall); Offshore applicants Provisional 489 visa only; Not available for high points nomination 6/7/18; Not available for chain migration nomination 6/7/18; 70 points required; See additional instructions

Ano po ibig sabihin nito? Di na rin po ba ako pwede maglodge ng visa 489? Or is it applicable lang for visa 190?

@luirpvidal SA only offers visa 489 and not 190 for your occupation. Kaso since may caveats na not available for high points and for chain migration, ibig sabihin sa ngayon ang pwede na lang mag-apply yung onshore applicants who can meet their other requirements like graduate ng SA or kasalukuyan nang nakatira and nagttrabaho sa SA. Ano po ba job nyo?

Paano po ba ilalagay yung "Middle Name" sa application for visa lodging? Last Name and Given Name lang yung nasa options.

Hi @maguero. Thanks for the info. I'm a Businesz Analayst and was just curious din kasi if I can apply sa SA. Pero mukhang hindi pa ata kaya sa ngayon since offshore ako.

@luirpvidal Yung ibang occupations mabilis napuno yung quota. Since July 5 nag-open ang SA and July 6 yung date ng caveats it means isa yung occupations na yan sa napuno agad.

I didn’t add mine, The rule is to be consistent all throughout.

@maguero if ever maglodge ako this year? what are the chances of being invited next year?

@luirpvidal SA processes all state sponsorship applications within a certain period of time. Right now their processing time is 14 weeks. So if you submit an application this year they will process your application within that timeline and you will likely receive a rejection because of the caveats.

Yung occupation ko rin napuno agad yung slots on July 6. Ang ginawa ko bago mag-July chineck ko yung documents required ng SA and I made sure meron ako lahat before July 1. Tapos araw-araw starting July 1 nagccheck ako ng SA website. When they started accepting applications on July 5 nakapag-apply agad ako since nakaayos na lahat ng documents ko. My state sponsorship application was approved last September.

@maguero I see. Thanks for the brief info and good to hear na naapprove na rin application mo 🙂 Looks like I'm going to try applying na lang by next year if that's the case.

@Hendro Thanks po. Baka iomit ko na lang yung Middle Name sa mga application ko. Baka lang kasi magkaroon ng aberya sa mga future transanctions kasi yung halos lahat ng legal documents ko including passport kasama yung middle name.

@maguero, just curious, what type of visa did you applied for? 190 or 489 for SA?

Just recieved my state invite today.. i submitted my application last August 10.. so almost 11 and half weeks.
