Hi all, meron po ba dito na humingi ng release form from SS SA? Nung humingi po ako ganito nakalagay,

"Thank you for your email, your request to leave the State and your circumstances have been noted.

Immigration SA does not issue obligation or commitment exemptions or waivers.

The nomination by the South Australian Government for your Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 489), was integral to your visa application and grant; therefore, Immigration SA and the Department of Home Affairs expect that you still have a genuine intention to live and work in South Australia."

Ano kaya ang circumstances nito? Please share some ideas/input. Tia

hi @just.anotherguy been there in SA for about 8mos.. Civil/archi drafter background ako then was working as drafter sa SG. Nagdecide na ako nun na magsubmit ng application sa ibang regional then after 2weeks merong company na naghire sakin dito sa Geelong, kaya lumipat ako. Sobrang ganda ng package willing kasi ako itrain nung company kaya lumipat.

courtesy sa state na nagsponsor sakin. Ipaalam ko na wala akong trabahong nakuha nung nagstay ako ng 8mos. Yung iba kasi pinapaalam nila sa state, binibigyan ng release letter. Unfortunately, SA di sila nagbibigay ng release letter whilst they reminded me that I signed to the agreement that I need to stay there for 2yrs with a year full time experience.

Baka po pwd my makapagsend ng sample financial declaration dito. Check q kz s website nila only financial declaration for inter’l graduate ang nandun

Clarify lng po. Un po bang financial declaration is not required for overseas. I mean d n need magprovide ng financial declaration. Kz nakita q s required docs- details of financial capacity for international graduates. So ibig po savhin no need n sa mga overseas candidate

hi @Bjane, Ung visa489 namin kasi meron siya “visa condition 8539” (depende kung anong klase ng visa 489 na merun ka)

8539 - While the visa holder is in Australia they cannot live, study or work outside of a regional or low growth metropolitan area. This means anywhere in Australia except in:

• Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong and the Central Coast in New South Wales

• Brisbane and the Gold Coast in Queensland

• Perth and surrounding areas in Western Australia

• Melbourne in Victoria

• the Australian Capital Territory.

Question lang po about skills assessment sa Vetasses baka me naka try na before, ung Transcript po ba okay na to submit or it has to be a course description po? sorry po kung wrong forum.

@greysworld123 In my experience, pwede na yang Transcript mo basta may number of units na naka-indicate at in English.

Hi po sa lahat, ask ko ln po kasi calculated points ko kasama state sponsorship is 75 points..kung magapply po ako ng visa 489 sa SA may chance po ba mainvite? thank you

Kahit visa 190 (70pts), basta pasok sa required points at nasa list ng skills for state sponsorship ng SA ang skill na aapplyan mo.

@von1xx Ano yung occupation mo? Kung nasa SOL ng SA tapos open pa yung occupation and wala naman nakasulat na minimum point requirement, 65 points is enough to get invited. Kung nasa Supplementary List and open pa yung occupation, kailangan ng minimum 80 points to be invited.

Chineck ko yang 263213 occupation mo, sa SA under visa 489 with special conditions, and looks like 70 pts minimum needed for your job (including state sponsorship points). Mukhang pasok ka naman. Sa QLD minimum 80 pts.
