what did your agent say about it? Pwede namn wala kilala or family members dun. Marami din ako kaibigan na nakapagmigrate na wala din kilala sa SA that time pero successful namn ung sponsorship so i dont think maaffect nian ung application mo just because ala ka kakilala dun.

@merickboy i believe having friends/relatives in the same state is just a plus factor. Since may agent ka, I suggest ask mo din sya ano implications pag wala tlagang friends/relatives in that state na niaapplyan mo. Pero dapat walang issue yun 🙂

Guys patulong po. I have less than 3yrs worl experience kasi bt i was approved by sa for state sponsorship. Hindi ba ako.mgkakaron ng prob with diac at.ma question pano ako naapprove with less than 3yrs work exp?

Another thing kasi i did not claim.points for work exp.nakalagay don sa question have u been employed overseas immediately begore lodging? Pag nag yes po ako lalabas ung 3 in 10 years so dapat no ang itick ko? Does that sstatement.mean na currently.employed ako?

ano ba ung immediately before lodging, meaning currently employed ba? kasi pag ni yes ko lalabas ung 3 years in 10 years. Eh I am not claiming points naman for work experience.</blockquote>

@manofsteel oh thank you! Nagreply na yung agent sa akin. He said hindi naman ganun kalaki yung factor minsan daw nagiging negative kung idedeclare na may relatives lalo na sa ibang states baka isipin daw ay yun lang ang purpose ng application. Thanks!

@Xiaomau82 thanks! Yes totoo hindi daw malaking factor! I just submitted may State Nomination. He said twice a month daw ang selection process so I hope sana di ganun katagal at mkamove on na ako sa next stage! Thank you ulit! I will update soon!

you applied for state nomination di ba? ang alam ko kasi di ka affected nung rounds of invitation kasi anytime pwede ka mainvite once successful ung SA application mo.

after 5 weeks of waiting we got the result for our SA SS and the decision was refused :-( maybe because it's on "Special Conditions Apply". ano po kaya ang pwedeng maging next step? do you think we just need to wait for July 1 if mag oopen ulet? advice pls...

@Sophia sorry to hear that it was not approved. kung open sa northern territory ang occupation mo you can try otherwise wait for july 1 which is malapit na rin naman.

@ sonsi_03 yeah I think its better we just wait ung July 1 before we apply again, maybe there is a reason why God didn't allow it :-), maybe it will be open na for 189 so no need na for SS (crossed fingers).

@ islanderndcity more than po 75points po, but the problem is nawala last July 1 sa SOL ung skills kaya nag go kami sa State Sponsorship, un ung advice ng agent.

@islanderndcity - sana nga maopen ulet sa july. btw baket sabi ng agency namin na we need to update daw ung mga work reference letters? ibig ba sabihin nun e mag papa assess ulet kami sa ACS? (IT po ung field ng husband ko). di ba nakalagay naman dun e valid un for 2 years from the date of the letter.

Hello can someone enlighten me with my dilemma. I have more than 3yrs work exp but I did not claim points for work experience in my eoi. I applied for ss and I was approved. Ok lang kaya un na hindi ako ng claim ng points pero sa ss required nla is 3yrs na approve naman ako.

@Sophia I don't think you need ACS re-assessment if nakuha niyo naman ang positive outcome sa target assessment niyo. Better ask your agent para saan pa ang updated work reference letters mo.

@Xiaomau82 so far walang update from my agent. Its been a month since ng submission ng EOI at SS ko. Sana di umabot ng july 🙁 I am afraid na pag july magbago nnaman sila ng policies nila. Sa ngayon SA lang ang meron open sa job ko then this week lang from high availability last month it went down to medium availability. Mas ok ba maghintay na lang kami ng july opening or we will wait still sa SA app ko?
