Hello guys, may invitation na ko for the visa application. Ang bilis! unexpected...kala ko next month pa since limited lang yung invitation for July and August.

Just to clarify to those who applied:

As far as I know, mejo seloso yung South Australia SS diba? Kailangan sa EOI mo, you should tick only (1) 190 Visa and (2) South Australia.

And if you do anything apart from 1 & 2 above, it could be a ground for disqualification correct?

I read somewhere that it will be a year after you have undergone your medicals... Someone pls correct me if I am wrong here! 🙂

based sa mga nabasa ko.. pag maraming police clearance from diff countries, and icoconsider nila yung police clearance from your own country.. in our case its the NBI..

para nmn sa may mga health undertakings.. ung medyo may concern sa medical results...

i think 6 months lang ang allowance na binibgay sa knila..

Thanks po sa response. Follow-up question po... Sa pagkakaintindi ko, pag state sponsored, once you landed, the 2year tenure starts counting narin. Pwede po ba na isa lang muna, probably the main applicant, ang maiwan, then the rest of the family (wife and kids), go back to Pinas muna?

@wynx - depends kasi ito if you want to commit yourself to the state for 2 years if and when you were granted a 190 visa on the back of an SS from South Australia

well i think i can do that. staying there for 2 years. what im concern about is my chances of getting invited now. kaya im planning to have a SS.

Errrr, I spoke too soon... It seems like 3 months na rin turn-around time ng SA just like VIC...

you can say that issa... state sponsorship kasi is one way of getting in front of the queue irrespective of the quality of your EOI. as long as suitable ka and you get state sponsorship, you will get invite from DIAC to apply.

kaya ayun... dumadami ang nag-apply! 🙂 NSW is still within a month pa rin ata, kaso may A$300 na fee in order to apply. if you are in a hurry, patusin mo na yun... 🙂
