@se29m bro, question lang. Can you apply for state sponsorship kahit na closed pa? Will they reject you outright or hahayaan lang nila na nasa database nila yung application mo? Then pag nag open eh ipo-process na lang nila?

Also, pwede ka ba mag submit ng state sponsorship in multiple states at any given time? May iba kasi akong nabasa sa forum na ganun yung ginawa. Pero sa EOI kasi mamimili ka ng state eh. This is for 190 po.

Submitted EOI VISA 190(SA) yesterday. Un occupation ni husband nakaspecial condition. 60pts lng sya. Pero under Chain Migration kmi. Meron ba dito same case, special condition un case pero naka chain migration naman? TIA

@engineer20 CHAIN MIGRATION, for applicant na nakaspecial condition yung occupation and chooses visa 190. Immediate family member na Citizen or PR na parang sponsor syo for approval ng state nomination ni applicant.

Like in our case, husband is the primary applicant, lahat ng pamilya niya nsa australia na, kami nalng nandito sa pinas, one sister is in melbourne, yung isa sister is nsa adelaide together with their mom, since south australia yung state na pinili namin, kahit nakaspecial condition yung occupation we can still apply kahit 60pts lng kasi parang sponsored kmi ng sister in law ko na citizen na sa adelaide. Usually kse 85 points ang nkaspecial condition pra maaprove, husband ko kse is 60pts lng kaya ng-under chain migration kami pra makaaply pa dn kht di sya 85pts

Kasi my husband claimed for 60pts, 0pts sa work kse as per ACS ang dineclare nya, pero ngemail DIBP ngyon na nagdagdag sila ng 5pts sa work. Shmpre for us, swerte yun. Pero my case ba dito sa forum na gnon? Thank u in advance. An points ngyon ni husband is 60 to 65, visa 190. 🙂

mga sir & mam. may katanungan lang po about state sponsorship sa SA. nbasa ko lng po yung tungkol sa occupation na may special requirements. like for example yung high points po, if hindi na meet yun wala po bang chance na magkaroon ng invitation from SA. paki enlighten po ako about this. salamat po.

You can only be invited if you score at least 85 points(including state sponsorship points) if your occupation is on special conditions. Kung below 85 ka and nakaspecial condition ang occupation mo, there is no chance that you will be sponsored..Wait till your occupation becomes available for nomination

@fgs we were invited na last week. We are 55+5pts special condition but we are under chain migration because of my sister in law. Will lodge our visa na dn on monday. 🙂

Hi.. our EOI is ready pero 80pts lang kasi ako including advance 5pts claim sa SA nomination though hindi pa un approved kasi close pa ang application for SA nomination. Yung EOI ba pede na ipasa or pagsabayin ko na lng sa July? Any risk ipasa yung EOI sa ngayon? Salamat po ng marami.

@squaleon you can submit it now. Try other states, may chance mainvite with that points..

@se29m hi salamat po sa reply. So ibig sabihi hindi tatakbo yung EOI ko until ma approve yung SA nomination by July tama po ba? Natakot kasi ako na ma overclaim dahil wala pa yung nomination and naka declare na siya kagad sa EOI. So pwede pala hehe antagal ko na na iintay kelan pwede magpasa. 🙂

@squaleon okay lang. Once you clicked on 190, automatic 5 points na yun. Try mo din sa victoria or nsw. May chance ka mainvite for stream 2

@majekoy hi, base sa experience namin, naka special condition din kmi, meron option, one is CHAIN MIGRATION (immediate family member will declare you). Husband is the primary applicant 55pts plus 5pts (ss) total of 60pts, nainvite naman kmi kahit nakaspecial condition na, because of the chain migration. 🙂 i hope this helps. 🙂
