@spyware its up to you. pwede naman na di mo na declare kahit both sides na siblings at parents. Per my understanding, you have to declare parents and siblings para in case na I sponsor mo sila in the future naka link na sila sayo.

Changes to the health requirement

From 01 July 2017, the health requirement for non-migrating family members has changed. Family members who are not applying for the visa (non-migrating family members) are no longer required to undergo a health examination unless requested to do so by the Department.

Hi guys, I'm planning to submit my application for visa 489 sa SA website. May mga clarifications lang sana ako.

I'm currently preparing my commitment letter, ang ilalagay ko letter is about living in SA, cost of living in SA, weather, employment, people and culture of SA. Ok lang ba ito? or may importante pang dapat kong ilagay?
Sa Visa 489, libre po ba ang tuition fee ng primary school?
Sa Visa 489, makaka avail ba kami ng SA health benefits?

@carlo77 though hindi ako natuloy sa SA mag apply for visa 489 I think masasagot ko yung questions mo.

Q1. Yes, tama yang ilalagay mo regarding sa commitment letter and also much better provide evidence na nag research ka about SA.

Q2. Hindi ako sure 100% dito pero alam ko hindi sya free for visa 489 pero meron kasing mga state na maski 489 ay libre pa din yung tuition fee for primary.

Q3. hindi covered ng 489 visa yung free health benefits. need mo bumili sa mga insurance company for health benefits.

Salamat @Hunter_08, pursue ko na tong 489 kasi parang mahirap ma-invite sa 189 at 190 ngayon.. salamat ulit!

@carlo77 for additional information lang, I have inquired SA education department directly dahil ito din concern ko for my 2 kids, free sa buong SA ang schoool nang 489 visa holders basta government schools, meaning they fall under local fee's and ang payable lang will be their uniform, excursion fee's etc. The tuition will be on a donation basis. Hope this helps. Also to add on same din sa buong TAS. Not sure with other states kasi itong dalawa lang ang natanong ko directly.

Hello Guys.. Nag fi-fillout po ako ngayon ng 489 SA application. I'm just wondering kung itong tanong na:

"Outline the key reasons why the main applicant has chosen South Australia as their preferred migration destination"

Ito na ba yong commitment letter? ang problema is limited lang ang words mga 80 words lang then I prepared around 800 words. Salamat!

ay sorry @eking i-korek lng,yung 30 days yun yung saved application for ss nomination mo sa SA website.

Going back to ITA, dba may EOI ka na @eking? tapos ngApply ka sa SA website for ss nomination, if na-invite kana, so you have 60 days to lodge your visa application.

@AIR salamat sa info kasi may EOI din ako sa victoria for 190 naman kaso based sa forum eh mukang matagal ang invitation sa victoria and worst di nila sasabihin kung rejected....eh ung 489 SA mabilis na din mag special condition ung ibang occupatons kaya nag SA nomination na din ako

hi all ask ko lang din ung 2 years requirement ni SA for visa 489 ano po ba ibig sabihin nun? literal na hindi ka pede umalis ng SA for 2 years paano kung may emegency or vacation out of country na kelangan gawin?
