@princesslai @eap congrats again sa DG! 🙂 may i ask po what docs yung mga inupload niyo for Work, overseas? I laready uploaded COE(as per format with JD), ITR, Payslip, SSS, Pag-ibig contri...still thinking if i need to upload contracts and Notice of Personnel Action. Thanks

Inupload ko na work related - COE, payslip, ITR, PAGIBIG and SSS 🙂

@fi0na03 yan na po halos lahat. Bale ung lahat ng sinumbit namin sa EA, except CDR and CE, na upload namin lahat. Lahat ng meron kami copy na paylslips and ITR. 15yrs kasi si hubby eh. So di namin kaya all employment history. Kung anu lang naitabi. Pero make sure makuha nyo SSS online summary of contribution. I think isa un sa proof ng employment history talaga.

hello sis.. although hindi ako DG, just my two cents.. upload whatever proofs of employment you have available, that way wala ng room for the CO to request additional docs, hence, DG 🙂

ako pala walang inupload na payslips, sss at pag ibig contri.. puro ITRs, job contracts, at mga notices of salary increase at promotion letters. Un lang kasi meron ako haha..I guess sufficient naman since the only requested doc from me was form 815, health undertaking form.
