nag reply na DIAC.. it is about my financial documents... they've given me 28 days to complete... will need to work this one first.. Mukhang di nila kinonsider ung ibang bank documents. hays.

I don't have an agent. I just read from this forum. Plus I don't have that much money to pay them (agents)...

The documents i submitted:

Statements of 2 bank accounts

Income statements

Investment Portfolio or Savings plan of my sponsor (which can be withdrawn anytime if need arises)

based on on the CO's email, the amount that I need is 1.5M (php). The bank statements may be a little short of that amount but the investment portfolio is twice bigger than the amount stated. That is the reason why I replied with the following questions:

Along with the statements, my uncle sent his Savings plan which amounts close to xx thousand of dollars (us) which can be easily withdrawn once needed. I'm just wondering why those were not considered?
If by any chance that my uncle will transfer the money from his savings plan to the bank account to have the 36 thousand AUD funds needed, will that be accepted?</blockquote>

@Pampangasbest how much ang tutition mo?ang computation daw kasi ng show money kng wala ka dependents $18610 for the cost of living,$2000 plane ticket and your 1 year tutition..total them so yan ang showmoney.

@PampangasBest baka nga yung investment fund ang di naconsider. naalala ko, may nabasa ako dito about investment fund. parang may transfer or something na ginawa para maconsider. i forgot na e. i'll try to look for it.

@iheartoz - the savings plan that i was referring to is like a saving account that my uncle can withdraw anytime he wants. Ewan ko lang kung bakit di nila kinonsider.. ang poblema, di pa sya nag reply agad.. Pag kasi naka usap ko uncle ko, siyempre he would ask me details.. not to mention the time difference. Pero i believe okay na rin to na may comment na kung ano na lang ang kailangan ko. Kung financial docs ang hanap, ibig sabihin, health wise okay na ko. Thank God parin.

@PampangasBest nahanap ko na. si @nikkilapan pala. check her timeline. pwede mo ata itransfer sa regular savings account but you have to provide a certification na nalipat nga yun from the investment portfolio. kasi nga di ba, pag savings account, the money should be in your account for at least 3 months. e ngayon mo lang ililipat so kelangan talaga ang certification.

@trinketz_07 - naka detalye naman ung amount na kailangan ko dun sa sulat ng CO:

@PampangasBest parang the same lang din kasi ang concept ng investment fund and portfolio e. the money is held for investment by an institution. @nikkilapan was able to transfer it. meaning, she can also withdraw it anytime, just like your uncle's.

@iheartoz - that is one of my questions back to the CO.. I will wait for him to answer since I am sure that my uncle would ask me about it. Plus it is very tedious to have that done lalo na at nag wowork ung uncle ko. Plus need to have the docs again mailed or faxed dun sa CO. God willing, madali na lang ito.

@iheartoz ganito din magiging case nmen. So ung 3 past months bank statement won't reflect ung pera. Pede ba bank certificate lang? From the date of lodgement ng visa application intact nnmn ung pera sa bank, hndi nga 3months before the date of lodgement. Thanks.
