my situation is, si tita (who is citizen of OZ) will sponsor/help me. the evidence of funds ba will be my bank account? or pwede bang bank account ni tita yun?
i also have tito na andun din, na ask ko pa if he can help me. pero if in case he will, seperate affidavit of support ba for him and tita? or pwedeng pagsamahin ko na name nila in one affidavit and have them sign them on the same paper?
also, can someone send me a sample of affidavit of support?

Kasi ung funds diba galing sa tita or tito mo? Do magiging declaration of support unless nasa pangalan mo lahat ng funds ok lang . Sa declaration of support naka indicate na may full access ka sa account at any time pwede mo kunin pera kung support mo galing sa sa australia may sariling format sila dito at ipapa authenticate nila un dito.
