@appledeuce Hi and thank you for your informative response.
I took IELTS din before through IDP and okay naman din ang experience. Mababa lang ang required score back then which is 5.5 pero ngayon, hndi ko na alam. Sayang kasi eh. Anyway, what are the chances na madecline ang student visa application kung okay nmn na ung application sa school/university/institution na papasukan, meaning paid na ung tuition fees? And what are the reasons kung bakit nadedecline? I'm afraid kasi na baka idecline ung visa ko kasi certificate course for Photo Imaging lang ang itetake ko. Baka maquestion ako kung bakit kelangan sa OZ pa ako magaral nun. any thoughts? :-/

Yup, depende sa course and education provider mo ang min. required IELTS score, if any.
I suggest that you read the GTE criteria to guide you in creating your statement of purpose. π

For non-SVP student visa, you will be required to show adequate proof of funds from valid sources. Failure to do so is one of the usual reasons for refusal. Pero ang pinaka hurdle talaga is satisfying the GTE criteria, which is so subjective imo. I'm sure IDP should be able to help you with this, given their experience.
If you have plans of getting a PR visa eventually, you may want to look at taking a course that's on or leads to an occupation in the SOL/CSOL. π di ko sure kung merong photo imaging-related.
Good luck po. π
