@markier87 ......happy trip bro.....just be sure walang laman na mga x rated na materials ang laptop mo hehe...baka magaya ka nong isang pinoy na pinauwi dahil nahuli na maraming x yong laptop nya hehe.....kaya be sure to double check yong laman ng laptop mo.......though i believe they do the checking randomly naman......

@santosjed21 ...honestly i haven't heard of someone taking that route but i think that would be possible as long as you have a positive assessment with APHRA and they will recommend you to the BP then you can take that as a follow up route after 572.....my wife started with 572 then now she's finishing her 573 masters course ( though she is into a different path - accountant).....why would you not choose that path? though if you consider that one then that would mean more gastos from you.....may dependent ka ba? if may dependent ka then you can have someone to assist you financially here.....

nasa Kuala Lumpur pa kami now, mamaya pa mga 9:30am ang flight to Perth. ngaarrange pa nga ako ng short stay accommmodation online. Sana may maarrange on time 🙂 My field is Chemistry (Licensed Chemist sa Pinas) and my partner has NCII on Housekeeping and various job experiences sa food chains and malls.

hi everyone, congratulations po pala sa mga visa granted 🙂

anyway, Im reapplying for Subclass 572 with de facto partner. Supposedly for July kami but unfortunately our application was denied because of our evidence of funds (we had a back to back loan). Now, we are re-lodging our papers around Aug 1-3, my dad will be our sponsor and hindi na kami ng loan.

Is there any chances na they will change the required amount for the evidence of funds from our 1st application? (mag increase ba or mg decrease?) Any advice po from anyone? especially yung sa mga nag relodge din?

@lilsaint same lang po ng show money pag mag relodge kayo, at kung may new sponsor kayo be sure lang po na may valid docs ang dad nyo like kung working pa siya need nyo ng itr at certificate of employment with salary range kung business need nyo naman magpasa ng business permit kasi mag base ang CO sa pera sa bank versus sa docs ng sponsor nyo na sinubmit nyo at be sure lang dn na 3months old na sa bank ang pera ng sponsor nyo,., god bless po and good luck satn lahat.

@lilsaint ....good luck at tama yong mga sinasabi ni @dreamprayhard84....at saka maybe this time around you will have a new CO....dahil marami naman yan sila na mga CO sa atin....

@danyan2001us Exactly. It is more expensive.However,the agency claims that you can live off by working 20hrs a week and pay your tuition fees at the same time. Regarding the Visa, By going the 572 route, you will have to change visa to apply for the bridge. Thus, shortening your stay in Oz as 575 gives you just enough time to finish the program. Also, this negates the agency's claim that 572 buys time in Oz. This dilemma is applicable only to the nurses though..

@santosjed21 ....yes since BP is a 3-month duration course...whereas with the 572 visa that will allow you to stay more or less for two years then after the course, you can proceed to 573 or look for another 572 program (actually some of our friends are doing that here just to be able to stay for a longer time in melbourne with the hope that they can find a sponsor later on)

@danyan2001us When reapplying for a student visa in Australia, does the DIAC assess you as a level 3 applicant? 3 months processing, show money etc.. Does this mean that you need to process the application 3 months before the end of your visa?

@santosjed21 ...bro napakadali nong maglodge kami ng application dito sa melbourne....it took us only a week bago dumating yong visa namin....at hindi sila strikto dahil nga svp ang school ni mrs and we have been here since 2010....you can send your application before your substantive visa will expire....at pagreceive mo ng communication from DIBP through email they will state it there that you will be on bridging visa A halimbawa di pa dumating yong new visa mo

@cody ..i won't say either yes or no bro since i am not an authority on that...at times depende yan sa CO nyo however I would add na how's the hepa b of the person concerned? is it a chronic Hep B---? if it will not be affecting the liver when the time that person will undergo the medical exams then most probably he/she would be fine. However if presently the Hepa B is affecting the liver thus requiring for further medication then that would might be a negative factor.....at the end bro/sis everything lies on the hands of the CO who will handle your papers......good luck anyway

Matagal ba talaga mag reply ang immig sa follow ups? Is there any way that we can check online kung ano na ang status? Share with me, please, any tips on how to get a status check on our application. Mga 2x na kami nag follow up in the past two weeks, no reaction pa rin si immig.

Hello all! Thank you po sa sumagot sa mga tanong ko. I just read about GTE the other day. Lahat ba nag daan sa interview or case to case basis po yun?

And follow up question regarding source of funds. So as I have mentioned, the money on my account was transferred from my parents' account. Will I still be required to submit evidences on how they were able to come up with the money? We used to have a business but we stopped operating 2 years ago. The money we have mostly are savings from the previous business and special bank deposits that have grown from interests. As of today, my parents are both retired so they will not be able to come up with ITRs and payslips.
