</blockquote>
<b><i>An acceptable individual; can be one or more of the following:
(a) the applicant;
(b) the applicant's spouse or de-facto partner;
(c) a parent of the applicant;
(d) a grandparent of the applicant;
(e) a brother or sister of the applicant;
(f) an uncle or aunt of the applicant who is:
(i) an Australian citizen, an Australian permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen; and
(ii) usually resident in Australia.

hope that helps. SA course naman, when it comes to price, mas mahal ang bachelors though ang difference naman nila ang mga institutions sa bachelors ay SVP (streamlined visa processing) so mas maluwag sila sa requirements like sa proof of funds (though in some cases ang institutionna mismo ang mag ask ng proof of funds mo kahit SVP pa) then aside from that may ibang vocational degree (like accounting) na hindi ka pwede mag apply ng further visa especially pr. hope to hear from our other friends here. good luck bro
