"You are required to show that either a minimum amount of AUD 32,623.45
or PhP 1,256,002.83 has been held by you, or by an acceptable individual
who is providing support to you, for at least 3 months immediately
before the date of the application. (Please refer below for the list of
acceptable individuals). The required maintaining period is from 09
August 2014 to 07 November 2014. As such, please provide bank statements
or bank books showing details of transactions within the required
maintaining period. (Please note that the minimum amount is calculated
by using the smallest amount held during the three month maintaining
period.) Evidence of an approved loan or line of credit from a financial
institution is also an acceptable source of funds. Non-cash assets such
as property, shares and other possessions are not acceptable evidence of
funds."

Based from the checklist from IDP, you can provide loan from a financial institution in your name or sponsor. Provide loan supporting documents such as loan application form, deed of assignment indicating terms of payment, loan collateral, proof that funds have been released to your account.
They only require 3 months min balance if you provided money deposit, not for loans.
Hope this helps.</blockquote>
Kinda confusing if thats the case why didnt the embassy ask for that docs instead??
and on their website they said this
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CAN BE ASKED TO PROVIDE MORE FINANCIAL EVIDENCE
FROM WHAT IS LISTED ABOVE. IF ASKED TO PROVIDE FURTHER EVIDENCE YOU
MUST PROVIDE WHAT IS REQUESTED.
@rpdbt maybe u can ask them directly if its still needed so you wont get confuse and you get the right answer
