@phamelaoh Agree ako kay kuya dan. Walang discrimination dito sa tattoos. I think hindi big deal para sa aussies yun kasi its art for them. Sa work ko, dalawang nurses (one guy and a girl) may big tattoos sila both arms, matagal na sila nag wowork dun. No issue even sa patients. Meron din akong 2 clinical instructors at lecturer sa uni na meron din. 🙂

Hello po! Sa mga 573 po ang subclass who brought their partner. Granted daw with full time work, right? Ano po usually ang work na allowed, open work permit po ba? How about those with Part time (student visa). Thanks po!

Thanks po!</blockquote>yes unlimted work rights if ang primary visa applicant is taking up masters in coursework or research.....if not limited to 40 hors per forthnight....

Hi sa lahat i just want to ask question, we are trying to lodge my brothers student visa with the help of IDP, i am currently in australia and i will be his sponsor, now sabi ng IDP hindi raw pwede na proof of evidence of funds ang joint account namin ng husband ko dapat sa akin lang daw nakapangalan ang bank statements.. di daw aaprove ng CO ang ganun, well my affidavit of support ang husband ko at ako so i dont know why hindi pwede May naka experience na po ba dito nun, Please help

</blockquote>first time that i heard of such a case....but if i were you and for the sake of your bro's visa application, why not opening an account that's solely your own...then return everything to you and husband's joint account when everything is done....IMHO

@danyan2001us Kuya, guys i was refused last Feb 5. Ayaw nga tlga ang selling of properties/deed of sale as proof of funds. But i accepted it with faith. Now, im planning to reapply. Bank Loan po ang gagawn ko. Sa March 15 kame mkakapag loan pa. Ask ko lng if you do have any ideas about what are the financial documents needed in embassy. Kung ano lng ba ung bngay ng bank saken un dn ang isasubmit ko sa 2nd application ko? Im planning na dn na isama ko hubby ko sa application ko since same showmoney pa dn yara nman ako. Tska medical at embasst fee lng babayaran nia tama po ba? 🙂 Tska if i loan po sa Bank no need to wait for 3 mos tama po ba?

I wont give up po. Refusal in my first application doesn't mean am gonna give up na. Im stronger now and im keeping up my faith. 🙂

i know what a ridiculous rule, husband and wife of course may joint account i have my own account and i can transfer it straightaway but then i will need to wait 3 months ulit, kahit na ka link gun account naming magasawa sa accout ko hay kainis talaga sobra, i don't know kung itutuloy ko any pag lodge baka ma deny kasi mahirap magkarecord, i feel sorry for my brother nakapag pa medical pa naman siya.

@Nacho napasyal lang ako ulit dito sa forum and I saw your post. Hindi ko lang po alam ngayon pero nung kami nag apply ng student visa which was july 2013, sponsor ko ung brother ko. lahat ng bank account nya joint sila ng asawa nya. Wala naman po naging problema. Basta parehas sila naka pirma sa stat dec/affidavit of support. Then submit din namin ITR nila both and passport. I hope this helps.

Hi guys. Ishare ko lang din. My sister just got her visa today. And her CO is si terror na Marinella Padilla. Ang sabi nga ng counselor namin from IDP na fair naman daw ang mga CO daw fair naman sila as long as you prove na magaaral ka talaga. At kailangan complete docs.

@liyah22 thank you for the info, apparently yun ang nakalagay sa website nila pero we will try and lodge the visa and we will see what would be the outcome.

@danyan2001us hi kuya thanks sa infor btw babae po ako hehhe.. so kuya pagnalodge na yun visa hindi na ulit hihingiin ang statement pag na ipasa na? gaano kabilis po and pag process ng student visa is it depends sa CO?
