Student Visa (Step by step)

@patet34 hi. BSN kinukuwa ko sa uni now. Im on 2nd yr na, 1 yr na lang then grad. As for PR, may possibility kaso we need an employer to sponsor us for work visa. Isa yun # of points na required for PR. So most of my friends who are grad na now, ala pa makuwa. Tho, nag extend sila ng 2yr post-grad visa para makahanap. Its very competitive kaya swertihan talaga.

@patet34 Hi! I'm planning to take BSN as well. May I know kung saang states nagtry maghanap friends mo? And may kilalala ka naman mga nagrant ng PR after post grad visa? Saan ka pala naka-enroll? Sorry for being too inquisitive. Trying to know as much as U can about this pathway since my parents will be spending a lot of money for this. SALAMAT!

SALAMAT!</blockquote>hi guys i have some friends who are into similar path as yours and they are saying that presently, sponsors are moving on the regional areas so better seek opportunities on those places...better take your studies on the regional side like Geelong or Ballarat for it further provide you 5 additional migration points. for future PR application purposes. IMHO

@danyan2001us Ah yung ate ko po kasi nasa MEL na and makakadadag din daw ng points yung sa state sponsorship. Pero siguro upon registration sa aphra, sa regional nalang mag-apply ng work kung hindi pa mabigyn ng PR. Btw, sa tingin niyo po ba ok ang joboutlook as basis for choosing a career? Sabi kasi ng isang consultant minsan yung mga published stats from the gov, medyo iba sa reality sa oz o baka naman nag avary lang talaga per state?

That would also be good that you seek employment at the regional areas...lalo na ngayon na medyo ang mga sponsors ay wala na sa mga main areas or cities like melbourne but out there at the regional areas...

Hello po sa lahat. This is my first post 🙂 Super helpful talaga ng forum na to.. Plan ko din mag-apply ng student visa. Took the IELTs exam nung Feb 28.. just waiting sa test report form via courier then proceed na sa application. DIY lang ggawin ko kaya lagi ako nagbabasa dito kung pano 🙂

May tanong sana ako. Sa NSO requirements.. online po un nirerequest then sesend na direclty sa embassy.. when po ako magapply nung online sa nso, BEFORE or AFTER lodging my visa application po? Thank you very much! :-/ 🙂

Hello po! Undergrad ako (til 2nd year college lang, year 2008 pa) and eversince nagwork ako sa family business namin. Dati akong listed as stock holder sa business pero last year, pinalitan ng pangalan yung business and iba na din ang stock holders. Any idea po kung pano ko idedeclare sa Embassy? For others kasi na nagwork sa ibang company, kelangan lang nila magpass ng certificiate of employment and payslips diba? Would it be okay na manghingi ako sa Papa ko ng cert. of employment to declare na yun ang ginawa ko eversince nagstop ako sa studies ko? para kasing ang weird lang na ang tatay ko ang magiissue ng certificate of employment. Siya nman kasi tlga ang President ng company. LOL. Tapos sya dn ang sponsor ko sa pagaaral ko.

Hi guys, i wanna apply for a student visa. I'm an education graduate but haven't practice my degree. As of the current time I'm working as a custodian in a semiconductor company for 9 years but still dreaming of a much greener pasture. And I see australia is the answer. May sponsors ako kaso i don't wanna play with luck kaya I planned to have an agent to process my visa application. Aside from that may health problems ako will it be an issue pag nag apply ako ng student visa? I have done my research medyo may edad n ako so i guess it would be better kung vocational course na lang ang kukunin ko. Please advise whats best for me anyways may assessment ako sa 21st of this month sa FORTRUSTph. Thanks in advance 🙂

February 6, 2015- Embassy sent the receipt of acknowledgement and the same day the embassy instructed us to do medical exam

February 10, 2015-Medical Exam done

Anyone here who was refused by his/her first application and trying to apply at the second time? Just wanna ask if kelangan pa ba ng Letter of Reapplying or kung ano pa tawag dub. Hehe need pa ba un? Or just send what you sent on your first app?

Ngayon kc winithdraw ko na ung second application ko sa agency ko since they are not really helpful and sila ang may fault kung bakit ako narefused nung una (sabi kc pwde daw ang selling of properties as proof of fund pero d nman pala). Ayoko na dun kc sinisingil ult ako ng agency fee, mabuti naman sana kung worth it.

Bank Loan Docus na lang hnihntay ko ready to lodge na ko. Ask ko lang un pag reapply ba may letter of reapplying ba na ibbgay? Aside sa Notarized Docus, receipt ng medical fee, HAP ID.

@miss_ivy_g Nope, hindi ako SVP. Vocational Education and Training Sector visa (subclass 572) din ako. Work Health and Safety course ko. Sana maka.abot tayo...still praying and waiting for that big YES! hehehe... Papalapit na ang date ng class eh... But God will give it to us soon. Ahh, sa Sydney ka pala. Ako sa Perth.
