Good morning to all. I have a question po. I have completed my details/requirements sa school. Yung problema ko na lang po yung passport surname ko. Is it okay to put in the application form yung old surname ko? Im on the process of having my name change. Pwede ko ba i-indicate sa school na papalitan na ang passport name ko?
Also kailangan ba ng highschool diploma?
