Anyone here na past 14 days na wala pa rin update about your visa? Mine was applied Nov. 17 and it was acknowledged on Nov. 19. But until now wala pa ring update. It's past 14 days na. Subclass 573 SVP yun akin. May promo kasi yun Cebu Pac na almost 7k lang ang airfare with 30 kgs check in plus 1 meal. Gusto ko na bumili kaya lang wala pa nga yun visa. I texted Fortrust for an update and they told me there's still no news. But one of their applicants daw was interviewed and nagapologize yung CO sa delays dahil may back log. I want to believe this is the reason but may mga nakareceive naman ng visa grant last week and week before that na within 14 days. </blockquote>welcome bro/sis ...keep you in my prayers....sana yong visa grat na pinakaka asam asam mo ay mareceive mo within the next few days...napakagandang pamasko yon ....God bless..at dahil 573 ka at SVP pa then if nothing is wrong or lacking with your submitted docs, expect for your visa grant soon...

Hi, iba iba rin kasi ang circumstances ng bawat applicant which i guess is the main reason why hindi consistent ang processing times. Or pwede ring maging factor kung gaano kasipag ang CO na ma-assign sa case mo. Just keep the faith. Good luck po! 🙂

Anyway, guys may bagong dilemma pala ako sa application. I just got an email from ECU:

"Evidence (official academic transcript) that states total number of credit points achieved in the Bachelor of Science in Architecture with University of San Carlos. The official academic transcripts and the completion certificate that were submitted with the application do not state the total credit points the applicant achieved in her undergraduate degree."

I submitted my diploma and TOR

I went to my school earlier and they had me request a CERTIFICATE OF UNITS EARNED

Has anyone tried this? My friend who was my classmate and we graduated with the same course and year only submitted her TOR. But she applied last year. wala naman problema

I am just confused kasi sa school hindi din nila alam yung hinihingi ko. assumption lang namin yung certificate of units earned.

Hi, question lang. Are u trying to apply for credits exemption? If so, maybe they need the full course description. Ganyan kasi ung pinakuha sakin when I applied for that.

How will I know pala if the embassy already received my visa application docs? AMS told me nalodge na daw nla, but as of this writing I haven't received any update. 🙁

When I lodged my application I received acknowledgment from the embassy via SMS and email. Baka number ng AMS at email Nila ang ni lagay as contacts sa application mo kaya sila ang makakareceive ng acknowledgement.

@Samantita hi bisaya pd ko. Hehe hopefully okay yung cert of units earned. Na confusd man pd ang working student unsa gipasabot and suggested the certificate of units earned. Hopefully sakto ni cause gi clarify nako ecu unsay unit credits earned. They said total units ako na complete to show na meet nako pila ang required units to complete.

Confusing cause i submitted my prc license and cert.

Maybe kuti lang ang agent naka receive ako application 🙁

@appledeuce that's why confused din yung agent ko from ams kasi first time nya na encounter. Also asked my friend na same kami ng course and usc grad din. Tor lang sinubmit nya. Tinignan ko naman TOR ko. May units and grades naman naka printed. May explanation pa nga how to get the average etc and ilang points yung 1 collegiate unit.

Maybe makuti lang yung sa univ na agent na nag handle ng application ko. Kasi i submittd prc license, cert etc. Hindi ko alam ano pa yung purpose ng credits earned. Normally sa mga shiftees lang toh hinahanap nung college ata.

When i checked my profile din online sa ecu univ nakita ko dun may error na submit yung agency. Instead na 2005-2010 yung tertiary education ko. Na submit nila 2006-2010. I was wondering baka na confused sila bakit 4 yrs na 5 yrs yung duration ng course ko. Pina update ko sa agent ko. Na update naman pero hiningi pa rin yung credits earned. Nakaklito na

@traveltart problem ko lang kasi sobra attachd nila sa akin .baka mag separation anxiety. Hopefully Hindi nila ako malilimutan o mangingiba sa akin sa span of 1-2 yrs 🙁

Confusing talaga yung hinihingi nila kasi 1st time din na encounter ng agent ko. Hopefully tama at enough evidence na yung na request ko yesterday na certification of units earned.

@appledeuce i chose proj mgmt. For my masters kc im an architecture grad. Licensd na din for 2 yrs. Naghahanap ako ng degree na related sa course ko. Gudto ko na nga talaga mag shift kaso sayang din yung lahat if mag bachelors ng bagong course and baka questionable na sa visa app.

Nasa SOL din kasi Yung projct mgr. So ok din for pr in the future.

Compared to urban planning and other masters offered for architecture mas in demand and flexible yung proj. Mgmt.

Pwede din kasi hindi lng ako limited sa construction. Pwede din sa ibang field like healthcare, business, etc. Kaso nga lang mas experienced na ako sa const.

Per honestly lang. Hindi pa ako sure ano plans after i graduate. Goal lang is to apply for pr and be happy with any stable job na pwede and hindi time demanding masyado

Eto pala explanation ng ECU rep:

"Credit points refer to how much a unit is worth in relation to the entire degree.

For example, a student may complete four units a semester with each unit worth 15 credit points.

The student may need to receive 360 credit points in order to complete the degree."

I did not request for any credit exemption. I just submitted the standard reqts. From the university.

That's why na confused kami lahat bakit hindi enough yung TOR ko.

I even double checked kasi i have 2 TOR copies. 1 from my graduation for board exam and 2nd for my univ application abroad. Same naman yung contents. Im sure yun din talaga standard TOR sa usc.

Nag request ako yesterday ng certification for units earned. Hopefully tama na ang document na toh as evidence.

@jamez00016 Hello po. Mag IDP or AMS ka na lang. Free naman. They can answer all your questions para maka start na po kayo.

Yung sa amin ni hubby, parang ganito:

Return air fare to Australia - 1,500 x 2 = 3,000

Tuition - 12,775 per semester x 4 = 51,100

Living expenses - (18,610+ 6515) x 2 years = 50,250

OSHC Dual - 3,985

Total = $108,335

Wala sakin yung list ko. Wala kasi ako sa bahay. But more or less ganyan yan

Pero, drawing lang po yan kasi di naman ako hiningan ng financial evidence. Nagready lang po ako for interview purposes. So yung nailabas lang na money talaga is OSHC and first sem fees. Good luck po!

@jemski Good luck po. Don't worry too much. Yung expectation ko nga, 45 days bago ko mareceive yung visa grant kasi when I read previous posts, parang ganun yung naging trend sa July intake. Darating din po yan. Pray lang po. Siguro mabilis lang po yung sa akin kasi alam ni God na need ko talaga ng time para makapag adjust. Tiwala lang po tayo sa Kanya. God bless!

@pc3 Sis, yung sa akin naman, I hope makapag move on agad yung baby ko. Sana di niya na ako maalala. Ok lang sakin ako nalang mahirapan. Wag lang sya. Alam ko iniisip ng iba, ang oa naman, dog lang naman. Pero talaga para ko na syang anak. 6 years na kami kasal ni hubby and wala kami anak. Kaya sya na talaga naging baby ko. Tapos, sa bahay lang ako 24 hours. Kapag need ko lumabas, kasama sya. Kapag out of the country vacay, ayaw niya kumain kapag wala ako. Pero pray nalang talaga ako sis. Sana makalimutan na niya ako agad and masanay sya sa daddy ko. Dun kasi namin sya iwan. Road trip kami ngayon ni hubby and baby ko. Lapit ko na umalis... Kaya natin ito sis!

May experience ka na ba sa construction project management? kasi sabi ng VETASSESS, at least one year experience lang ang required for as long as it's highly relevant to the occupation. If you have that, why don't you try to apply for skills assessment na, malay mo makapasa, hindi mo na kailangan mag-student visa ::

Construction Project Manager (ANZSCO Code 133111)

This occupation requires a qualification which is assessed as comparable to the educational level of an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Bachelor degree or higher degree, in a field highly relevant to the nominated occupation.

In addition to this, applicants must have at least one year of post-qualification employment at an appropriate skill level completed in the last five years which is highly relevant to the nominated occupation. If the qualification(s) are not at the required educational level, or if the employment has been completed prior to the qualification, then the employment will be assessed below the required skill level.

A highly relevant field of study is Construction Project Management, which is the study of planning and controlling building projects (ASCED). General management degrees without underpinning or related studies in construction/civil engineering or building would not usually be positively assessed for this occupation. Qualifications in Architectural Studies with supporting highly relevant employment will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

@michie1229 check mo sis yung program mo. Tapos nakasulat dun yung subjects. Check mo description. Nakasulat dun if lecture or lab tapos ilang hours. Gulat ako na 3hours per week per subject. 4 subjects ako so total of 12hours per week lang? Parang di kapanipaniwala. Totoo ba ito? Check mo yung sayo and please let me know.

Sana yung mga nasa australia na makasagot if tama understanding ko.
